this is the worst Starbucks in Columbus hands-down. Aside from it taking at least 20 minutes every time in the drive-through, I went back for my second time today attempting to get a coffee after waiting 20 minutes in line this morning and having to leave. So I mobile ordered and it still took 20 minutes when it said it was going to be ready 10 minutes prior. The blonde girl in the window With a gold claw clip told me very sarcastically to have a good day, and then said NOT after I slowly started to drive away? she stood there for five minutes talking to a boy and didn’t even acknowledge I was pulled up there for over five minutes. I understand being busy or short staffed or whatever the case may be… but having terrible customer service on top of that is frustrating.

People are super nice! And it’s a long wait but it’s worth it. I get the cookie crumble Frappuccino with extra whip! It’s really good. I used drive through but going inside is better because it’s faster.Parking: It’s In front of the Starbucks.

I go to this Starbucks almost every day. I originally came to write a review because I wanted to show my appreciation. However, while reading the other reviews I’ve noticed a lot of negativity and felt I needed to defend these guys. Everyone is complaining of the wait times and attitudes. This Starbucks is small the parking lot is small the store is small and it’s the only Starbucks in canal and they get A LOT of volume at certain times so of course it’s going to be a long wait! It is not their fault. When I pull up to the window these guys are non stop moving! It doesn’t happen all the time but prior to going I just expect to wait 15-20 minutes and I never complain because the staff there is absolutely amazing (especially Kendall). I also work in customer service in canal and this isn’t everyone but the people in canal are some of the most entitled and rude people I’ve ever dealt with. So if the staff is giving an attitude (which I find hard to believe) then it was probably well deserved. Anyways thanks to all the wonderful staff at the canal Starbucks for being awesome and kind and always working hard.

I visit this Starbucks often but drive-thru only. One day last week, I decided to go in for the 50% ALL merchandise sale.I saw a cup I liked, grabbed it & headed towards the counter. Stood there for a minute before any of the 3 employees acknowledged me. One finally stopped sweeping long enough to say hi. They finished their sweep then stepped to the counter. I said "hey, just want to buy this cup. But, are you all matching the 75% off at *mentions other locations*" they said no, even though I had a friend call the store just hours before to confirm they'd match the price. That's fine, 50% is still good so I didn't fuss. She scans the cup & it rings full price, at this point I sensed attitude but it's hard to get good service without it nowadays anyway so whatever. She confirms with the manager that all merchandise has is 50% but neither could ring up THE ONE CUP I selected, which was also sitting directly on top of a 50% off sign, for half off. I said forget it & walked away. It's not worth the hassle & annoyed services. But I informed my friend that this location either isn't actually doing the sale or are selective about what's on sale.Now, explain to me why I had the same friend call again then visit the store the next day & receive a discount on said cup!?!? The exact same cup was given to him at a discounted price. The same cup they "couldn't" or refused to discount while I was in store. As someone who frequents Starbucks, especially this one, often I am extremely disappointed. I'll spend what's left on my gold card, because I tranfered more money to it to purchase the cup, & move on to another coffee shop.

Ordered online and it was done before the time on the order said it was and it was also correct and made perfect. Another lady was in there, giving them a hard time, but they were clearly very busy and the lady behind the counter handled it perfectly.

The drink I usually get is the dragon fruit mango, it was made awful no mango taste, it made me sick to my stomach, this location is so disgusting from the bathroom to the serving area…made me so sick to my stomach debating heading to the hospital.
