They were fast, and good. But more importantly, this subway accepts coupons whereas the old pickerington subway on hill road does not accept coupons any longer. Canal winchester in the Kroger plaza off of gender road, nearest 33.

I really did not like the sandwich, I got there, because when I got home and started eating it, I tasted this green color, and it did not really taste that good, did not finish it at all, threw it away.

The man and woman that appear to own this place are not very friendly. I saw someone use a coupon in front of me and the man treated the customer like a criminal. He really scrutinized the coupon and it ended up being legitimate. Both employess/ owners are not friendly in the least and acted like they didn't care to earn your business.

Dark depressing little place. They don't abide by the coupons and I ordered double turkey and they only put 25% more turkey. I can live with twice the coupon price, but not for this little meat. Not going back. There are plenty of good subways out there.

The couple that owns this Subway are absolutely amazing they take so much care and pride in making sure everyone feels like family not just a customer they are extremely accurate your order is always done right irregardless of how many specifications you make it's ready fresh and on time they're extremely clean everything is well stocked prepared as expected they follow all the guidelines from the gloves to the hair there's never a time we've gone in and not feel welcomed That's why we drive the extra few miles to go to them versus the one closest to us you can always expect a warm smile a hello and if you go Austin enough they remember your order too again I can't say enough about them you'll never see food mixing with others a dirty tray of full trash can it's always immaculate and coming from a restaurant business that's not always easy to maintain throughout the day as it is opening and closing so kudos to them they're a little off the road so you kind of have to look because they're in a large shopping center Sandwich between another restaurant and a nail salon but I promise if you pick them out you'll never be sorry and you'll go back again and again what can I say they even have churros I love churros. Great job we will see you for dinner and hopefully a few new guests may come too until then thank you and have a blessed day.

Not sure if it is poor training or watching food costs, but they aren't giving the same amount of Turkey/meat on subs. Supposedly a foot long gets 12 slices and they gave me 6 slices. I even questioned him on it. Been coming here for years and this has happened 2x in the past few weeks.

Ordered ahead on the app for this location.. When I arrived, they said they didn't have the order. I showed them my phone. They kept telling me it was Walmart, despite being the correct location.

They wouldn't make the order. Wouldn't refund it. Wouldn't help at all. Absolutely horrible customer service.

They hire rude teenagers and leave them unsupervised to manage the store on their own.
I had a horrible experience with 2 young boys that were so disrespectful that I had to start recording the whole situation. They were cursing and one called me out my name and told me they weren't getting a manager.

I definitely got the compensation for it afterwards but it was like pulling teeth.
They better start hiring teens that have proper manners. Smh

My family walked by and we all decided to get a sub. The person making our sub never even made eye contact with us. Never said hi. Super rude. We won't be back. Love the owners but this location is awful. 11/2/2024 at 2pm

Wouldnt give us a reciept and took 40 mins to make 4 subs. Pop machine broken, lettuce was unusable and the 1 worker was definitely all messed up and seemed to be scamming the register

Ordered online went to pick-up food and was told the store was closed. I was told that they called me but phone never rang. And I had to go to the other location across the street.
To only find out that they were out of pretty much all the cold cuts.

I no longer eat at this location. Since they started blocking the meats and I was shorted on my sub. The one by Rickenbacker still doesn't block and is much cleaner.

Come to this location if you want the Worst customer service and attitude by the workers.You don't get a greeting when you walk in and eye's get rolled when you order more than one sub.
