They hire rude teenagers and leave them unsupervised to manage the store on their own. I had a horrible experience with 2 young boys that were so disrespectful that I had to start recording the whole situation. They were cursing and one called me out my name and told me they weren't getting a manager.
I definitely got the compensation for it afterwards but it was like pulling teeth. They better start hiring teens that have proper manners. Smh

My family walked by and we all decided to get a sub. The person making our sub never even made eye contact with us. Never said hi. Super rude. We won't be back. Love the owners but this location is awful. 11/2/2024 at 2pm

Wouldnt give us a reciept and took 40 mins to make 4 subs. Pop machine broken, lettuce was unusable and the 1 worker was definitely all messed up and seemed to be scamming the register

Ordered online went to pick-up food and was told the store was closed. I was told that they called me but phone never rang. And I had to go to the other location across the street. To only find out that they were out of pretty much all the cold cuts.

Subway has really gone downhill. Again, ordered 30 minutes before showing up and subs not made and had to wait. Clearly management doesn't care. Jersey Mike's from now on. You'd be smart to do the same.

Popped in to grab dinner and was pleasantly surprised by how kind, patient and efficient the young lady who made my subs was. I did not get her name, but she looked very similar to Olivia Rodrigo. She made our experience great, especially for my 4 year old daughter. Thank you! Service was excellent.Note to the owner: Despite the service being great, I gave 4 stars because Iâm a little disappointed in the lack of air conditioning in this building. Not only is it uncomfortable for customers but also makes employees have to work in the sticky heatâŠcrappy working conditions. Honestly, do better.

I walked in, and a grown lady rudely greeted me. I was not appreciative of her attitude, and she messed up my sandwich. The building overall was dirty, it felt unsanitary.

Waiting for my sandwich, a guy of Middle Eastern Descent walked in asking for a job application. The manager (white male) told him he wasn't hiring. The guy asking for the application stated that the sign said they were hiring. The manager? He said, âI canât hire illegalsâ. The guy stated he was not in the country illegally, and he has paperwork to prove it. Well, I guess I should say he TRIED to say that but was being overtalked by the manager, who kept telling him he doesnât hire illegals. The man gave up and left.
A few of us waiting for our sandwiches said to the manager that we were waiting for our sandwiches, they were obviously short staffed and why didnât he give the guy an application. The manager? He stated, âits bad enough i have to hire these young kids (pointing at the kids) Iâm not going to add someone who canât speak english eitherâ.
I got my sandwich and walked outta there, vowing not to return. This happened a few weeks ago, and riding by I got mad all over again.
