The last 7 times I’ve went here my order is wrong when I get my food. They will hand you drinks repeatedly with out ice and carbonation. Ask for a steak quesadilla and get chicken every time something so simple. They never melt the cheese and normally it’s barely even warm. You ask for a simple cheesy roll up and they can’t even warm up that and melt the cheese. You’re guaranteed to always be missing something out of your order. No matter what direction you come at this Taco Bell it’s always messed up. The ladies there are vary immature and seem to get upset if you bring up anything that’s wrong. The manager that’s been there is the only guy who seems to give the slightest care and that’s even a stretch. Don’t come here it’s a waist of time and money.

ya’ll so darn ignorant. Not everyone at 2 am is drunk and will eat anything ,some people are pregnant and have cravings. Already had to go through the drive thru 2x & still couldn’t get the order right, just gave us anything close to what they had left instead of getting us fresh food that was being paid for. I could take a photo of a trashcan to compare the food that we got to. everything cold, nothing fresh. How hard is it to get 2 soft tacos without lettuce?!?! So lazy they couldn’t even put the seasoning throughout the fries just right on top the fries on in the middle and bottom of container completely unseasoned. Wasn’t going to go back a third time. Waste of money and time. incompetent, lazy, ignorant workers.

It seems to be the only Taco Bell I can go to and when I order a chili cheese burrito, it's not paper-thin, they actually make you food.And when you ask for extra cheese , you actually get it , unlike any of the other stores , I go out of my way to go there.

I ordered the new dippin burrito. It was very small. For $6 I expect aomething twice the size. I put a sauce packet nearby to show size. The food was overcooked too.

every TIME i order from this taco bell they continue to make my stuff wrong! i also order crispy cantina chicken taco. they ALSO put it in the wrong shell! the yellow one. if it’s to the point where you’re so lazy to put the right one just stop working PERIOD! the shell is always hard and my food always comes COLD. Literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. My tacos tasted old, they weren’t made correctly and all three of the shells were shattered. I had to ask them to remake my nacho fries and they almost tasted worse than before. I usually don’t leave food reviews because I don’t care as much but for the prices to be what they are, I expect at least tolerable service and food. Don’t ever come here.

My daughter just ordered food in the drive through . Like most people she started eating her food on the way home. As she was biting down she noticed something hard . Turned on the light and looked like a plastic straw had been cooked into her food. What if she had choked and had an accident ! This is inexcusable!!!! Hire better people that can pay attention! I will be posting this on all socials !! Horrible. !!!

Edited to update: The staff doesn't care enough to fix your food right. I got 'refrigerated' spicy potato soft tacos the other night. They weren't even luke warm. There's no excuse for this. Just don't go.
