Worst experience ever placed an online order. I waited 20 mins before heading into the restaurant to pick it up. They weren't busy. The order hadn't even been started. Employees were too busy on their phones and screwing around. All in all it took 1 hour from hitting submit online to getting my food. Not acceptable. To make matters worse, when I got home and took the tacos out of the boxes more than half were all opened and dumped into a big taco salad in the boxes and bags. All the crunchy shells were broken. It looked like garbage. I understand all companies are finding ways to cut back on costs but my soft tacos barely had anything on them. They were as thin as their cheese roll ups.

This location always serves old food and you will be trapped in the drive through for half an hour or more for only four cars, slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to.
This Taco Bell is located very close to the 33 exit, so you can hop off and on the highway relatively quickly if you are traveling. My order has been fresh and correct every time I have ordered here, even when I have made last minute changes at the pick up window. The service has always been great and the employees have always been positive and helpful.

This Taco Bell does me well! I am a fire level TC'er and have a long history with many TCs. I use the mobile app because I customize everything and this location has a 99% order accuracy (with me). Portions are good- no skimping- no supersizing. Most of the employees are friendly and recognize me. I laugh when I hear the background staff on the speaker say 'it 's Sara!' ? Thanks for your work! Drive thru can be slow when taking orders 1 to 1 (1 working, 1 waiting, hold the others till the working 1 is gone)- I've mostly made peace with it.
Man I don't write reviews but this is one needing to be written; The folks working today at 9:07 are honestly sad. The meat in all of our orders were undercooked, said we didn't order stuff when he had the receipt proofing we did, and there was a foul oder of rotten eggs emanating from the bathroom area, scammed us of our money and time. Would. Not recommend.
