Absolutely. The best experience I've had in a long time at any fast food restaurant very friendly very fast and the food was amazing. This is definitely a must stop at. And I definitely will again and again. Huge shout out to Roosevelt, the manager at this taco. Bell, there was an error with my order. And it billed my credit card twice. If he was very quick to get it taken care of and wanted to make sure that customer service was top care. He will make sure that you haveyou've well taken care of this is a very good taco bell, very kind people here

In my 38 years of living ive never had a amazing outcome at Taco bell. Who ever the manager and workers yall got there Jan15th 4pm they are very courtesy and made the food fast and didnt hold back on meat/veggies. The order was also right . Kudos Taco Bell we will be back to only this location !!

I ordered the soft taco but was given a hard taco. Then the taco shell was racid (the flavor of the oil in the shellnhad turned) . The chalupa shell was the toughest I have ever had to chew thru and the flavor of the lettuce or tomatoes was off. The help was fine but I did not really interact with them and did not care to confront them.

I used to come to this place 2 years before and it seemed fine. This is the last time I come here. I will drive a few miles to the next nearest Taco Bell where I have never had this problem.

My food was wet looking and not good. Very sloppy when I looked at it. It was not fresh to even eat. I did not even eat it all because it did not look appealing. I was hungry so I ate what I could. Worst food I’ve ever gotten at Taco Bell. You can do better. I spent 16 for my son and I. I went back through the drive through and told them what I experienced and got something different and it still looked the same. I was not happy. I threw it in the trash.

We always have issues with the service at this location, yesterday we had a strong Taco craving and didn’t want to go out of the way to a better location, plus it’s been a couple months and we hoped they had gotten better here. We placed a mobile order and when we got there to pick it up, they asked us to pull into the parking lot and pull back around in a couple minutes…. NEVER happened at any fast food place ever. Worst part is, there weren’t ANY cars behind us, so why we couldn’t just wait at the window, idk. Then we see another car pull through the drive thru while we did what was asked and waiting in the parking lot, and they ordered and got their food first! Absolute ludicrous decision making by the staff and we will never be back.

ITS WORTH THE EXTRA FIVE MILES TO GENDER RD CANAL TACO BELL.
Was handed 2 flat Baja blasts, then asked for 2 different drinks and was given one cherry pepsi and one rootbeer-Pepsi mixture… for context I did not ask for that. Completely forgot the cheesy potatoes. To top everything off they decided to squirt out about 3 Diablo sauce packets over top of the food placed ever so sloppily in our grease soaked bag. Nothing new from this particular Taco Bell not a fan to say the least. And neither is my wife.

Rude staff, insanely slow, inattentive to inside lobby customers and delivery drivers. I have seen two old women in the 60-70s run a taco bell faster than this place does with 5-7 young employees. No urgency, no professionalism, and whatever system their supervisor or manager has them running for being efficient needs to be correct by a district manager or someone higher up.

everytime i’ve come here the food is either really good or really bad. and it’s 90% bad of the time. I get cheesy rollups to not have meat in it and still get slices of lettuce and meat in it…. and the people are always rude
