We had an issue with our order and the gm Roosevelt fixed it!! Will be coming back
Roosevelt the assistant GM is the best!!!! He took care of my issue and took care of us
Had an issue with my order tonight; called and talked to Roosevelt, AGM. He was very apologetic for the mishap and willing to remedy the situation.
I did return for my order to be fixed and was very pleased with the service. Roosevelt took care of me and made sure I left a happy customer and willing to return again.

The worst food we have ever had. Soft taco Supreme looked, felt and tasted leftover from the day before. We go to the grocery store every Sunday morning and taco was open. The food was absolutely horrible. We will NEVER eat there again.

Ordered on line didn’t get what we ordered!! Maybe a teaspoon of filling In two tacos, food was discusting!!! Surprised they have any customers!!! Horrible!!!

Drive thru wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Can you imagine waiting in a drive thru line for an hour?!?! If not, try this Taco Bell. I can’t tell if they’re incompetent or just extremely lazy. I thought I could get around it once by going inside but it took over 45 minutes then too. Steer clear of this restaurant.

The new general manager is amazing!!! Our drive- thru order was messed up, and I went inside to get everything sorted out. The GM was very friendly and professional, he remade our food and threw in extra free food and drink! 5 out 5 stars for sure!!!

What started as a bad experience was turned around when the manager Roosevelt replaced our order and went the extra mile to make it right by us.

All the surfaces were sticky. Drink/condiments area was messy. The cashier gave us only 1 cup. They were short staffed so I had 2 wait 5 minutes to get our other cup. I didn't receive the correct order. She was very friendly though.

There were so many black burnt pieces of idk what in my crunchwraps 😡 and my nacho bell grande was crumbs of chips and cheese sauce.. i give zero stars!!! Never again! Do not eat here!
Don’t go in the drive through you will get trapped. They don’t pull cars ahead for slow/big orders and you can’t get out of line. Spent 20 mins trapped even when I asked the person in front of me and the worker to pull them up so I could leave. Slow service and no problem solving abilities.
They marked my doordash order as ready for pickup at 7:06 but didn't accrual give me the order until 7:18. I asked why they marked it ready for pickup & they lied to my face insisting they didn't. I get notifications when orders are marked ready, i know they're lying. They do this ALL. THE. TIME. To protect their stats at drivers expense. Don't waste your time and money on these people
They will have people who order inside wait up to 1 hour to get there food as someone who is working and trying to take my break this is not a location I recommend
This is worst place I ever been. I have to pick up Delivery when I went there there was three ladies working evening shit . And I told them I am here for pick up and when they saw me they immediately start to laughing at me there was nobody else only me and they keep mocking me I feel very uncomfortable I didn’t say nothing but thank you and I left they are taking trash out all three and I was almost open my car door they at are close to trash and they started laughing at me again. This is 2nd Taco Bell place I feel this way and I am vey happy with them they way they treat costomer
