Why am I paying almost 3 $'s for a cup of hot water at this location!? Coffee is watered down, clearly for profit.
Thankfully Circleville and others give you what you pay for!

Bought a breakfast sandwich and a half dozen of donuts drive-through
Sausage, egg and cheese sandwich smells so bad so gross even the donuts were taste bad so I ended up throwing all my food when I got home will not recommend this location to anyone.

Went inside to make sure my order was right. Thank God I did they couldn't even get a 20 Timbits order right. I'm standing 4ft from you and I know my order isn't right. Then she grabs the receipt and looked to see what I ordered.

My order. Which I repeated at the window 3 times patiently because I get it. Was a large Carmel Iced Capp with no whipped cream, a bacon egg and cheese croissant, a honey dip donut and a chocolate dip donut. The girl at the window who was clearly new and seemed terrified allowed me to tap to pay, then handed me a Carmel iced Capp with tons of whipped cream. Which I accepted because it’s not the end of the world but not something I eat. Then attempted to hand me a bag which was snatched out of her hand by someone else who was trying to train a new crew and I get it. But the order I was finally given after patiently repeating my order again was a sausage egg and cheese bagel and two donuts which were covered in sprinkles and hard as a rock. Since we were 0/4 I felt some feedback was needed.

Every time I drive thru Canal Winchester for coffee I always get watered down coffee with watered down creamer. Is that the way they deal with inflation by watering down product instead of raising the price? The coffee stinks.

The drivethrough line sometimes extend around the building down and out of the drive. I don't mind getting in line because it moves quickly. The crew should be proud of how fast the drivethrough moves.I think because of product turnover I noticed my begal tasted fresher than the store closer to home, that I no longer go to after my order was wrong 4 times in a row. This store fills orders with much better accuracy.The crew is friendly with a few outstanding members I'm unable to name right now, but will in the future.I drive a few extra miles to buy at this store although there are two stores closer.

Dietary restrictions: I like that items are baked and not deep fried. Being first frozen does not bother me.

Saturday I went to the Tim Hortons to purchase the limited time croissant with Nutella. I had just purchased food at Wendy’s in the same building. (But that is a whole other story)It appeared there was no one in Tim Hortons. Yes, I saw donuts in the case and abandoned donuts where the food is made, and a huge 5 gallon container of hot coffee by the register, and other items like they all left in a hurry for a fire drill or some other emergency. There was also a woman’s purse near the drive thru window so they can’t be far, right? I saw it seemed they did not have any of the item I was looking to purchase in the making or in the case. I waited for a couple minutes but no one appeared. Cars tried to go thru the drive thru as well. I went home.Today I decided to place an order on the app and pick it up. Typically if an item is not available in the store the app will not let you purchase it. So I placed the order. I get to the drive thru and I’m sitting there waiting and my granddaughter asked what we were getting and I said croissants. A girl at the drive thru said…. Huh? I told her I placed an order on the app and was there to pick it up. Again she said huh? I told her again…… she said we dont have an order or croissants. ??‍♀️??‍♀️ ok then i said, I need a refund. She said I have to submit a claim on the app. So I did. I got a response back telling me they added points to my account! ? I messaged back…. No I need a refund. I received a response back telling me I have to go to the store and get my refund and how they can not issue a refund. Why would I want points that expire, and why should the store get my money for no order? Clearly these employees are not there to work. ?
