This Tim Hortons location is awesome! All the workers are amazing and the ice cap is always delicious! Excellent customer service every time! 100% recommended!!!! Every morning I stop by the drive-thru and see the familiar faces like Sherry, the manager, Annie and Emily among all the other friendly folks who make my morning! I enjoy their smiling faces and appreciate their attentiveness. Kudos to them all day every day!

I love this location. The staff is always friendly and quick. The girl taking my order knows it's me as soon as I start speaking. They are always warm and friendly

Terrible customer service — they try to rush you out of the seating area even though the time is only 6:15 pm and the posted closing time is 7:00 pm.
Just awful, aweful service. The whole staff seemed completely unable to do their jobs.

Sorry, Tim Hortons is usually good. This particular day was terrible service and mediocre food. There were four people in the kitchen and one or two at the cash register. The drive through line was just not moving. The inside people were waiting and waiting. One lady who was there previous to my twenty five minute, wait, could not wait any longer and she sacrificed her order and just left.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! The man that was there was just sitting down for like 5 mins straight mins as I was standing at the counter. Finally he gets up and says I’ll help u over here so I walk over there and he’s doing drive through orders. So some girl with a bunch of piercings comes to take my order. Once the payment went through he said he will get it for you over there so I walk over there and he basically threw my box of timbitd on the counter and walked away! Awful service! Just awful!

This restaurant is always filthy. The tables wobble, the trash needs removed and the floor… it’s sticky. Disgusting.

This place uses SO MUCH CREAM. I stopped getting a double-double because it was basically creamer and no coffee. I won't be coming back after giving them multiple opportunities. Luckily, there are a bunch to choose from in the area.
