This location has gone down hill. Some of the staff are great but others, not so much. Drive thru takes so long. They are now taking their time to get your order and making you drive to the front after you pay so the times sent to management makes it look as though their service is quick but couldn't be farther from the truth. Save yourself the trouble and drive a few more minutes down the road.

This is by far the worst Tim Horton's location of any that I have ever been to. Service is extremely slow, orders need repeated multiple times, and they never have what you order. Definitely needs a management change.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel. I didn't realize until I was miles down the road that they gave me a croissant instead of a bagel, and it was burnt on both sides. What a rip off.

Life So Lovely

Poor representation of Tim Hortons. All things point to poor management. Upon ordering breakfast sandwiches at the drive thru, we were told that they are “out of eggs for ten minutes.” How does a breakfast business not have eggs??
