8-22-25 stopped here for breakfast and I got a tell ya, fried eggs, barely eatable, cheese grits were yuk, not eatable toast was barely ok. First and probably last time for me at a Waffle House. Bacon, don't order it, it's Smithfield which is owned by Chinese.

Do people actually order from the window and wait for their food in the parking lot after 11? Thats not the Waffle House experience I am looking for.
Also, I'm all for employee safety, but what is the point of paying an armed guard in full tactical gear to be there if their whole job is to tell me I can't go inside and that I need to order from the window? Just get an intercom and a deadbolt. Whack experience.

Today, we came in as a football team(Pickerington Central🐅) after a workout to get a meal. The staff was great and so welcoming. One of our servers, Ms. Dee was so kind and went above and beyond. She is truly a special person and I can tell why the regulars speaks so highly about her! She could honestly give classes about great customer service and leadership. We Will Be Back! 🧇

Been here on 3 separate occasions not once has someone tried to take my order, just sit there for 10-15 minutes end up leaving. They should just close this place. Terrible service

We went there today. My wife ordered a full meal and the waitress has said she did not order the waffles. My wife assured her she did order them. The waitress kept countering that she did not charge her for the waffles. She asked my wife or she wanted the waffles. By this time the meal was over with. We ask for the music to be turned down to no avail. People were just talking over the volume of that music. When my wife paid the bill, the manager was aware of what happened and did nothing to make it right. Better choices a mile away.
