The service was good and fast and Carl made Breakfast on Christmas Day with my family great 👍🏻 the food was very good, and the store was clean. I don’t eat out often, but with the holidays I had to, and I’m glad I chose This gender road Waffle House. Overall, a solid experience.
8-22-25 stopped here for breakfast and I got a tell ya, fried eggs, barely eatable, cheese grits were yuk, not eatable toast was barely ok. First and probably last time for me at a Waffle House. Bacon, don't order it, it's Smithfield which is owned by Chinese.

Do people actually order from the window and wait for their food in the parking lot after 11? Thats not the Waffle House experience I am looking for.
Also, I'm all for employee safety, but what is the point of paying an armed guard in full tactical gear to be there if their whole job is to tell me I can't go inside and that I need to order from the window? Just get an intercom and a deadbolt. Whack experience.

Today, we came in as a football team(Pickerington Central🐅) after a workout to get a meal. The staff was great and so welcoming. One of our servers, Ms. Dee was so kind and went above and beyond. She is truly a special person and I can tell why the regulars speaks so highly about her! She could honestly give classes about great customer service and leadership. We Will Be Back! 🧇
