Had to repeat order 50 times and pulled up to the window and the order was still wrong. Had to coach the person through the order. Pulled away - no straws or fork ... Had to go back and coach again

I ordered a burger and some weird little dude handed me a bag. I should have checked it but didn’t and drove off down the highway. Went to open the bag and eat the burger and it was nuggets and fries. No receipt so not even sure what they charged me. From out of town and have to say Columbus has underwhelmed so far

Picked up food for my parents they love wendys they were fast with my order and it was correct.

Loud teenagers in the drive-thru to the point the person taking my order couldn't hear me. Asked to repeat several times to the point that I just said forget it and left.
This place is a running joke amongst my family. I have been told on 3 separate occasions that their systems were down while going through the drive thru. I will say that those 3 times were later at night, but still well within their hours of service. So maybe it is just the night crew. Judging from the other comments, I am not alone in my experiences.

Thank you this morning for fixing my coffee problem from the wendys @ lancaster/hwy33 it was the worst tasting and cold coffee I've ever had.. Thank you for giving me a new hot coffee..

I love their new mushroom bacon burger, but the last time I ordered it it was different. The sauce was a lot saltier and they had me pull around and wait which I’ve never had to do before. I waited for 10 minutes. They didn’t come out so I went around through the drive-through and she was surprised that I haven’t got my order. It’s been sitting there. It was cold when I got home. The taco salad looked wilted and the tortilla strips for crumbs not happy with the order probably will not go back I thought about going in and having them redo my order, but I tried Burger King’s mushroom burger and it wasn’t bad.
