Used to be a great location. It's terrible now, specifically at night. Clearly lacking management.. two guys were filming themselves on their phones... drive through took 40 minutes

Walked in to get food picked up order, wanted to get a frosty, lady walk back a forth ignoring me so when she got a minute that told me lobby was closed. Told her those was no sign and doors wasn’t locked. Horrible service manger just kept making hamburgers.

Open Late??? Not at 12:30 The automated voice comes on at the drive thru but nothing happens after that. After driving around twice, I finally saw a person and got her attention. She said she didn't hear my order. Not surprising because of the musing being so loud in her headset. She clearly didn't want to to sell any food so I left afraid of what I would fet if I pushed the issue.

I placed a mobile order, and I was not able to go inside to pick it up because the strap on my shoe broke and wouldn't stay on, so I had to wait in the drive-thru. It took 25 minutes before I got the order. It seemed as if they only took 1 order at a time and did not take another order until that 1 person left with their order. By the time I got my order, the fries were cold and were not fresh. The cheeseburgers were not even hot, and the cheese not melted. They have some definite time management issues with Customer Service.

I don't like posting about fast food. I think if you are going to Wendy's you know what you are getting. So I only post the exceptions. This vist is what I expect from Wendy's, good food and service in a clean restaurant.

Somehow, 3-4 people in the drive thru is too many for them. It wasn’t until I got to the speaker that I understood why; the drive thru attendant had slow, slurred speech, and they were just directing everyone to park in the mobile order spots, with absolutely no effort to serve them in a timely manner. Isn’t fast food supposed to be fast? Thought I had time to grab a quick meal before work across the street, put in the mobile order to make it even quicker and arrive thirty minutes before I was supposed to be at work, and was somehow still late.

Everytime I come here, the lady with the dyed hair is doing EVERYTHING while everyone else is sitting around with their thumb up their asses. It makes everything take twice as long as a result, because one woman can only do so much when no one will help her.

Second time I have went to this location in 2 weeks . Drive through order.
1st time ordered big bacon classic got a jr bacon. Charged for big bacon classic
2nd time bordered a baconator combo got the son of baconator . Charged for baconator.
If it only happened once but seems this maybe the norm. Done with this location.

Slowest Wendys around. Inside was empty, but after sitting in the drive through line for 10 minutes and it not moving, I left. Happens almost everytime I try to go there. Needs a management change for sure.

Rude at the counter ! Made me use kiosk. I was having problems with it. Workers are lazy! Ate at the restaurant next door. Because they wouldn't help me with kiosk! Couldn't get it to customize my order! Will never be back to any Wendy's! Wendy's is always rude!
