Went for lunch & sat in the dining room. The gentleman (the manager I think) working the register was very polite and respectful. All the workers seemed to have good attitudes. The food was hot and well prepared. Good experience today!

Do not go there after 9 if you want a baked potato, they are always “out of potato’s” after 9. Wont be back.

They never have any people working here they make you sit at the speaker for 5 to 10 minutes when nobody's in the drive-thru line because they don't want to take orders because they don't want to work had this issue at least three or four times now in the past month they suck

Ordered our food, sat it the parking lot waiting for it for 10 minutes only for them to bring out missing our fries and shorting us on nuggets
. Every time we come here it gets worse, not sure how this hasn’t been fixed

Really slow service. Put my order in through the app while waiting in drive-thru. Submitted it at 5:24. Got my food at 5:42. Only three cars ahead of me. Employees didn't say anything. Won't be back to this location. Tried to complain on the app, didn't see it.

Slow as all get out. So many people working behind the counter; none of them efficient. Took way longer than necessary for my food, and I watched other people waiting unnecessarily as well.

No way I just saw your review Carson and the same thing happened to me. The service is absolutely terrible the foods cold. Its frankly an abomination to the Wendy's franchise. Every single worker needs to be fired, rehire, and restart. The food served at this Wendy's made me puke it was absolutely distugusting I will never eat here again.

We have lived next to this location for over 10 years. We stopped going to it because the service and food was HORRIBLE.

Today we gave it a try and we were served FAST, everything was fresh, and the staff was friendly and professional.

Hopefully they cleaned house, because it was needed. The bald guy at the windows was awesome!

Took the order with active listening, verified the order was correct, and when I pulled up to the window our food was already ready to go.

If he isn’t the manager, he needs to be.

Went inside first only to turn around and leave after someone said they’d been waiting for 15 minutes and not getting service cause they were only serving drive thru.

Went back out and decided to go through the drive thru, only for the cashiers to BOTH spend a minute or two laughing at me because I asked for a 10 pc McNugget by mistake instead of 10 pc of chicken nuggets.

As if this wasn’t bad enough, my food wasn’t even hot when I then got it.

Genuinely the most upsetting experience i’ve ever had trying to get food.
