Avoid. Fire everyone and start over. 100 percent of the time my order is messed up in some way. No mayo it has mayo, order a double get a single, order it plain get everything on it. Ordered a baconator got no bacon. The place and the employees suck. Avoid.

Unable to order unless you use the kiosk. Associates wouldn’t help at all and food came out wrong and they acted like it was our fault they didn’t look at sizes before they made stuff Horrible service.

Worst Wendy’s ever, drive thru not working at 5:00 pm (not the first time either) Inside is a disaster zone. Flys buzzing all over the ceiling, every surface in the lobby looked sticky. Self order stations completely tuned off. Overheard a DoorDash order pickup that they didn’t have all the food available. Final strike for this location, never again

We were the only customers inside the restaurant. It took us almost 5 minutes to get our food. The young man up front was completely spaced out. The woman manager was stomping around while cussing because of him. She told him off in front of us and was saying he's an incompetent idiot and why did he transfer. I ordered a frosty on the before we left and it took almost 15 minutes to get. Yep that's right. 15 minutes.....

Can't make a judgment, as the restaurant was closed , when it should have been open ! Closing a restaurant on Friday evening is unheard of .
