Good food. Worst customer service I've ever gotten at a Wendy's. Six people behind the counter, who looked at me including the manager, and let me stand there for an unreasonable time before assisting me.Additional customers came in to eat and were treated the same way. No greeting and made to wait before taking their order. I went to the counter for a drink refill and was told by one employee, that they were out of sweet tea (which I had just ordered). As I walked back to my table another employee asked what I was trying to refill. I told her sweet tea and she got it for me. She asked the other employee why he said that they were out of sweet tea and he responded, I didn't want to give away tea. There was music playing in the restaurant with foul language and I had my child with me. The manager stated she was going to punch one of the employees in the face, while we were eating. Probably jokingly, but unprofessional non the less. Horrible dinning experience. Won't be back.

I accidentally placed, and payed for an order at the wrong location. I walked in this Wendy's and told them the situation and asked if I could pick up my order here, rather than drive 10 minutes away. They said no. The order was $2.16, so I just ordered a biggie bag at this location. Not only did I witness the manager talking down to her employee, because they had to use the restroom, it wasn't the most inviting atmosphere. The lobby lights weren't on, the pop machine had a limited selection because the flavors were out, so I had to ask the cashier to get my drink from the DT, that didn't make him happy, and no one was friendly. Not even a thank you. Do better!

The drive-through is never open and it's as if you are annoying them or taking up their busy day if you dare try to use it. I had to go inside to order which would be fine if there was any sense of hospitality. When my order was ready they simply left it on the counter and didn't say anything... this place seems very undermanaged... it's a wonder it's still in business

Place was a hot mess at 11:00 AM. We almost left but said let’s be patient. Stood forever for someone to acknowledge us. Worker right in front of us couldn’t even acknowledge us standing there. Then someone come and I repeated my order 3-4 times not sure it was ever right I gave up trying. Wouldn’t matter anyways places give you whatever they want anyways. Asked him to repeat it he did. I indicated something that seemed wrong was ignored. Other party with me placed their order repeating it a couple times. Then I have a frosty card and he has one and was told we both can’t get one. We had separate meals. After all that wasted time and aggravation that’s what done it. We left. If we get two meals it’s never been an issue since we bought two cards. Get them every year and rarely use them. We can pay two separate transactions but that’s more costly to the business. Which is stupid. So the policy is ridiculous and you lost our business. Buffalo Wild Wings not much difference in price and had an amazing experience and meal.

Just had the worst customer service experience at the drive-thru today (January 11, 2024 @ 6:25pm)... very rude and disrespectful when I informed the older lady with the long pony tail I got the wrong drink... I took a double take at her repulsive response ? Employees like that makes you want to go to the competition, purposefully. And that I will do!!!! #SMH

I ordered online and five minutes later I pull in and pick it up . Food was cold. The food couldn't have that cold from the time I drove there. Sorry but after looking at the reviews I don't want to go back .

We had an awful experience here, and won’t be back - it’s worth it to drive farther to literally any other Wendy’s locations in the area, as we’ve not had even a semi-decent experience here in years.We went through Sunday 1/7/2024 at right about 7PM. It took us about 5 minutes of waiting to get to the speaker - not horrible, but a lot of that was the car in front of us waiting.When we got to the speaker, we were rudely greeted, not even a hi. Instead, it was “what do you want?”. Ordering took a very long time - we didn’t have anything complex (we only modified one sandwich), but still ordered a single item at a time. One item we ordered, one of the specialty chicken sandwiches, seemed to cause a lot of problems. The person on the speaker asked several times about the burger we were ordering, but I had already said it was chicken several times. Finally and without any notice, they just went totally silent on the speaker for 2 full minutes. It was to the point that we thought their speaker/computer crashed. Having worked in fast food, we know how that can just happen. But when they finally came back, there was no apology for the awkward and unexpected absence of anyone on the other end, just “what else?”We finally made it through ordering, which in itself took nearly ten minutes. When we got our food, we decided to check the bags in the parking lot, as it didn’t seem to be enough. We found one wrong burger, one missing chicken sandwich, and one missing order of baconator fries. We went back around to the drive through (lobby was closed), and there were 5 cars in front of us - given that it took us over ten minutes to get through with just two cars in front of us, we called in.The manager answered nearly instantly. We explained what was wrong with our order, and she made it very clear that we didn’t pay for the missing items, because they were rung up. No apologies here either. Instead, in the background, we could hear another employee talking about us, literal anger in their voice that we’d have the audacity to call in for missing items at all. The manager fully let this employee act like this without saying a word, and told us to come to the drive through window, which obviously meant more wait.We finally got to the window, more than ten additional minutes later, and finally got to talk to the manager. She came over and again tried to explain how we were wrong. We hadn’t asked a single time for anything free, but they were defensive and just wanted to “win” / “be right”. She brought over a copy of the receipt for just this purpose, and a receipt that we hadn’t even been given in the first place. We mentioned how we had heard employees talking about us when we called in, and she said “well I’m the manager, I’ll take care of that”, but she let it happen until she knew we heard it.We explained that we just wanted to get the items we ordered that hadn’t been rung up, and she asked us to pull forward. We said we didn’t want to do that because at this point it had been a full half hour at this location, and asked for a refund, along with offering all of the food back. The person in the window said they couldn’t take food back and then asked the manager for a refund. Again, she came over with a receipt, so we had to ask AGAIN for a refund. She angrily said “well then give me my food!”, to which we happily returned the cold food and melted frostys. She then took o it card to do the refund.A couple of minutes later, she came back to the window. She let us know she did the refund wrong and needed more time, and asked us to pull forward again. We told her that since she had our credit card, we weren’t going to pull away from the window, especially with their lobby closed. She got more angry and told us that we were ruining their drive thru times, because apparently that was suddenly a priority even though it hadn’t been for us. We reiterated that we weren’t leaving without our credit card, and she angrily completed the window. She handed the card back, said “have a good night”, and shut the window on us.

Ceasar salad was terrible. The lettuce was rusty and wilted and the chicken was not cut. I had to throw most of the salad away.

I've gone here several times and it's really hit or miss whether the people working are gonna be cold and snappy to you or warm and sweet. The food is like consistently just okay though. The chicken sandwich I get is almost always pretty dry, but sometimes the sauce helps (not usually). The food is not good, but at least it's consistent.

They dont even know what a frostychino is, i asked for a number 11 with a Large Chocolate Frostychinno and they were confused with frosty coffee drink so i repeated myself several times and told them the Large Chocolate frosty coffee, i had recieved a medium vanilla frosty cream coffee, and as im explaining to them what i meant an employee walking past behind the worker i was talking to, was giving me dirty mean looks. But the number 11 chicken sandwich was good

Just don’t waste your time. Fries freezing, bun to my burger cold, chicken nuggets to the biggie bag freezing, strawberry Fanta turned to strawberry lemonade, call they already know they wrong so they don’t want to answer. Top it off- no receipt. I drove 10 minutes even tho there’s one 3 minutes away from me ran by rude kids who either close the store or they never have any food. I did take it upon myself to research and find corporate and report it. Right now, I’m pissed….$30 for food cold as heck and sitting for has to be hours at the temperature it was.

Horrible service during the night time, such an inconvenience coming here. It always takes a million years, and apparently they’re “out of everything” during this time. If it can’t be good quality food at this time, then why be open this late if it’s constantly an issue? Please do better.
