I walk in I look at the menu look at who was cooking the food because nobody was at the register and this Brown skin I think she’s Mexican she have a tattoo of Ohio State on her neck think her name is Kelly and she going say “why are we looking like that” and I was like rude you can’t even say hi how are you doing then when we got are food and we trying to walk out she going to say “ why are they still here” and they was taking too long to make are food Dan when , we got the food. The food was cold. We got a little bit of fries and three chicken nuggets, but I got a biggie bag. Sandwich was greasy.

Not great, slow, all 3 of the window lickers working there lied to me and said they cant make a black cold brew coffee because it comes with cream and sugar in it already.....when i literally order this almost every single day for lunch at other locations. So they guy asked me 3 times what flavor and 3 times i said just coffee flavor. Nothing else in it. He proceeds to hand me a small hot coffee and at that point i was done dealing with sub par brain function (even for fast food workers). I wont be back here

Manager always has an attitude. Every time I order it’s a problem! Apparently if you go inside it’s better, but i like luxury of the drive thru that’s offered. All I ordered was cheesy fries, why isn’t the melted?! Because the fries are old…no sour cream no customer service.. The black male type manager with acne rolled his neck so hard I’m sure he popped something. Yal are being led by a horrible mistake so I won’t be back

So I sit in line for about 5 minutes and I get up to the ordering kiosk where I'm informed that you guys are currently understaffed and only accepting mobile orders... 😐
Do you guys think I'm stupid or something?
The dude I'm talking to is standing right in front of the computer serving orders and fully capable of pressing buttons on the computer.
I am already there, I'm already talking, so the only impediment to actually performing a transaction is pushing two buttons and swiping my credit card.
There's one thing that I will not do.
I will never install an app on my phone to buy something in person. That is completely and utterly stupid. I will never be installing the Wendy's app.
Furthermore, after this display of ineptitude I will never be coming to this Wendy's ever again. And it's any other Wendy's ever tries to pull a stunt like this again I will be quitting Wendy's entirely.
Which I must say is a real shame because you guys and chipotle are pretty much the only two places I can still eat at due to ingredients.
I'm done with this. I'm done playing around. If you want my business, then straighten up and fly right.

The website states they close at 12:00am. I went through the drive thru at 11:45pm and was told that they were closed. The employee said they leave at 12:00.
