Honestly the best Wendy’s around here. I didn’t catch his name but the guy that was working at 10:30 PM on 12/23/24 deserves a raise. He sang me a Christmas carol and loved my dog. Food was good too but the Christmas Carol tho. Honestly was having an awful day and that made it so much better, thank you.

Worst wendys I've ever been to. My burger only had ketchup on it and I asked for everything. My chili came with no crackers. Employee was rude.

Waited a half hour just to order. They still couldn't get my order right. I paid extra for bacon I didn't get. I would have taken it back but, people were ahead of me who had been waiting longer than me and it was not busy.

I actually am a food tester through el research and was supposed to pick up food during work hours. There were people inside, but they refuse to take my order. No one answered me for thirty minutes

Visiting Columbus and my daughter was hungry and she likes chicken nugget. We never eat at Wendy’s so I’m not familiar with the menu. I have vision issues so I was not driving. When I asked the person at the window who was a young person if they had a menu with nugget his answer was : look at the menu. That is rude, disrespectful and ignorant. I could’ve been someone blind or who could not read English or working for their corporation. I decided to call the manager. I was explaining the problem to her and I told her that the person’s reaction was racist. I heard a voice in the background saying : African.
This confirms my thoughts. All the people working at that place are racist. The manager gave a very weak and sarcastic apology.
I feel sad for all the Africans wasting their money at this place. I will contact this franchise owner and corporation. This is unacceptable.
Staff took so long I couldn't wait for my food any longer. They loudly argued saying to pull to the side but the car behind us instantly got their food. Should avoid this location.

Lazy employees. When they run out of something they need for an order they just don't add it. Like oh well. My frosty melted while I had to go inside and wait 10 minutes for two cups of cheese sauce. I didn't dare ask them to remake my frosty after the dude working the cook line glared at me for having to audacity to want what I paid for. Ridiculous. These are the companies that charge you an arm and leg for rapidly declining food and shitty service.

It's either hit or miss. The store has had staffing problems. The manger that was there before was really good. For the past 2 years it has went down hill. You have lost business because of poor service. Oh I ordered a chicken club number 10. I dined in. When I opened my sandwich it was only ranch dressing and lettuce and bread no chicken or bacon or tomato. Glad I dined in.

This has to be the worst Wendy's in Columbus. Literally every time I come its something. Last time, they didn't take credit cards.. cool I have cash.. then I'm told they are doing a shift change and can I come back in 20 mins. I ask can I just wait and am told no, I can't.
Now about a month later I come. 1 car in front of me.. they make the car in front me, me, and the 2 cars behind me pay and then go sit in the parking lot and wait
You serve burgers and fries, why does every customer need to get out of line to wait? They need new management.
