This was my first time trying Wingstop and I can say I did not have a great experience. 1. There was a pubic or beard hair on my drink cup. 2. Got Sweet Tea and the Tea was not sweet but unsweetened and watery. 3. Got 10 wings and the food was gross. I was hungry so I pushed through it. I'd rather go to Buffalo Wild Wings next time.

If you have an hour to waist...maybe its worth it. If you are a Door Dasher stay for far away from this place.

Don't order from here all their wings are soggy asked for them well done and nah I got 30 boneless and it was like they put them in a bowl and dumped a whole bottle of sauce on them so by the time they got to me they were just soggy and breading wasn't even crispy. Go to the other one over by Walmart and 33

Craig, the employee who served us was very rude and disrespectful! He gave us pink chicken and when we asked to have our food remade he caught an attitude! We asked to speak with the supervisor and he told us we need to wait until he comes back. I know you can contact your supervisor at any moment for situations like this... HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!

This was the worst tasting wingstop I ever had! I ordered the lemon pepper wing and the garlic parmesean. The lemon pepper gets 2 stars, but the garlic parmesean gets 1 star, and that was for preparation. I had these flavors before, and I know how they are supposed to taste, much better. If you go to this location, make sure you bring some hot sauce with you because you'll need it. The fries were just as bad. I'll never go there again!

Stopped at Wingstop in canal Winchester yesterday after taking my 5 month old to urgent care. Everyone seemed friendly, we ordered our food and sat down. Several people came in and got their door dash or to go orders, others came in and ordered their food to sit down. 25 mins goes by and everyone else has gotten their food before us. My husband goes up to check on it and the girl said she would go check. No update from her. Another 20 mins goes by and my husband goes up again. They then grab a tray and start to bring it out and he asks if it’s ours to put it in to go boxes as we’ve already been there 45 mins and we need to leave. They managed to not even put all the food in the bag all we ordered was 2 combos. Wings and fries) and what they did put in the bag they put upside down so it leaked all over my car and the bag ripped and everything fell out 🙄 literally no idea what the issue was. They weren’t super busy. We weren’t rude. But we sure did spend 35$ and got nothing out of it. Was extremely disappointing 😔

I am extremely impressed with the customer service and problem-solving skills of the gentleman that worked the front register tonight (I wish so bad I would have gotten his name, because he should be recognized). I went to the wrong location on gender road to pick up my order, and it’s Tuesday $2 tender day, it’s busy. I gave the woman my name at the other (wrong) location and she told me they were working on it. 15 minutes later, I go up and ask another lady about my order in which she proceeded to write my name down and told me they would be working on it. Another 15 minutes passes by and at this point it had been an hour after I had placed my order from that app, so I asked the First Lady again and she told me they didn’t have my order. I proceeded to my phone and she told me I was at the wrong location which is my bad, but I had been sitting there waiting for 45 minutes at least. I finally reached this location after being irritated mostly with myself, and knew my order would be cold because it had been sitting there. I asked this cashier if I could get my fries remade, in which he didn’t second guess doing for me (thank you times a million). I sat down and opened the rest of my order to start eating and quickly realized I was missing a whole 20 piece wing from my bag.. I went up and told the same cashier about it and he quickly processed the information I gave him and gathered the receipt from his end to verify and made some fresh wings on the fly for me. Everything was more than great honestly. What began as a super irritating yet common mistake in this day and age, ended up being one of my favorite experiences at wingstop because of that cashier. Thank you, and I’m so extremely sorry I didn’t catch the name but I hope they see this and can give you the raise you deserve!

The cashier barely spoke English and unfortunately had given our order away to another person who took our food to his car and then brought it back in and said hey this isn't my order. Not trying to be racist more think that you need basic language skills in order to be the order taker / cashier at a restaurant

Ordered wings, carrots, fries and drinks.
No carrots in the order. Then when I let them know the Dr. Pepper syrup was out, the gal behind the counter filled the ice bucket. 😡
Then once I filled my drinks, there were no straws so she proceeded to walk around the kitchen THEN put straws out.
Now my food is cold and it all feels like a waste of $25
Nevvveeerrrr coming back here.

Food was cold when picking it up and I didn’t receive my cup for my drink
