Wait time was very longer than expected. On the the website the wait time was 16-21 mins. After the initial 20 mins wait, I went to pick up on time but than I had to wait additional 40 mins on the store. And there was not even a cashier up front to talk with. Very unprofessional and the site was not sanitary it was so unclean and dirty.

I have ordered online for all three experiences here. All three different days and at different hours. Usually there is a wait when I get there, even after the suggested time the app gives you when you order online. Tonight was the longest wait yet. I know Fridays are busy, but ordered online at 758pm. 21 minutes to ready. Arrived at 825pm. I received my order 60 minutes later .The entire staff was professional, courteous and working hard as they were slammed with door dash orders. The methods of checking in and keeping track on who is waiting for what needs revamping as it was very unorganized despite their hardworking efforts. Management needs to review and make some new attempts to fix this issue.The food itself was delicious, worth the wait if it's within reason. Even with my hour long wait and drive home, my food was delicious.So in short: good food and service.Bad management and organization in handling rush hours.Parking: No lines for parking, door dashes park along the sidewalk blocking the entrance to the sidewalks from the parking lot.

We placed a order on line and drove from lancaster to get it . Was suppose to be ready at 630 and at 803 still haven't received our food. They only have 3 people working. And people continue to show up and wait. I could have went to Columbus and back while waiting. Never again will I order or eat at wings you in canal

Waited over an hour, only heard poor excuses, food was poor at best. I will never go to another Wing Stop in my life. It is not worth it.

Order your food a day ahead. My dtr ordered online, said ready in 16-25 min. We waited 20 min before leaving to get there.Ended up being 2 hours from time order was placed to get the food.

For some reason I’m unable to upload my photos, I will try again later. We ordered wings, fries, and veggie sticks the other night for dinner. We picked up our order, the fries were lukewarm, but we didn’t want to wait for a new order. We went straight home and started making the kids plates and noticed hair on the first order of fries. We didn’t even attempt to check the other fries or chicken. We placed an order for more than $70 dollars and also added a tip. We sent an email with the photos attached and requested for someone to reach out, but no one did. However, we received an email with a $5 gift card. I cannot believe that this is the way this company thought to resolve this. There were so many kids working, I didn’t even call when we found the hair because I didn’t think that they would handle it correctly. I chose to send an email with photos and there was no resolution.

I asked for a different cup of blue cheese because it was barely even half the cup. The worker kindly switched it out but when I got home I discovered that the blue cheese was EXPIRED. Mold and everything at the bottom, slimy, smelled terrible, etc. I went back and for compensation & I got ranch instead but that cup wasn’t even filled halfway as well.

This place says an online order will be 20 minutes and it takes an hour+Order it an hour ahead of timeShame cause the food is decent but when the music in the place is screwed up and they are this slow it makes you want to kill yourself in the restaurant waiting

Came in for a doordash, expected pickup was over 10 minutes ago & when i gave the name, a woman in the back loudly laughed that she hasn't started that one yet and doesn't care. Don't waste your time or money on these

This is my first time, trying Wingstop and it will be my last:( , I really wasn’t impressed. My soda was flat and the wings just aren’t worth the hype. The Garlic Parmesan wings were eatable, but the Cajun ones were not. I usually love Cajun, but these were just not it.
