I ordered your $5 wing and fries... Not only wasnt I greated properly but I have like 3 french fries in the box...I wanted sauces on the side ( which over ordered numerous times) and they wouldn't do it. Not going back to the Canfield, OH location. I work in hospitality and the visit want hospitable. Over also been an Arby's employee years ago... So sad to see service this bad.
just had a chicken sandwich with potato cakes brought home for me. Chicken was fried to a crisp and dry so were the potatoes. Sandwich was cold and cheese was cold. Never had this happen at any other location.
