“The Village Pump is a great place! The atmosphere is extremely friendly. And the food is some of the tastiest in the area! We’ve been going there for many years and we have never had a bad meal yet! Food comes out piping hot every time and is very flavorful! They have specials each day that are always amazing! I highly recommend this place to anyone!“

“I want to say that I am a certified gluten-free practitioner. I have ben gluten-free for over 20 years. I have tried many gluten-free pizzas over the years. I can honestly say it was the best gluten free pizza I have ever eaten. The pizza crust was phenomenal. I highly recommend this 5 star gluten free pizza. Try it you won’t be disappointed.“

“We stopped at this restaurant after a visit to Shakerwoods. We arrived there for an earlier dinner around 430. It wasn't very busy. The staff was friendly. Our server was great. She checked on us often. There were 3 of us, and all of our meals were fantastic. By the time we left the restaurant was packed with people waiting, which is a sure sign that it is a good restaurant.
The restaurant is too far from our house to visit regularly, but if we are ever in the area we will be sure to stop in.“

“UPDATE 2025: New & Much Larger Restaurant Now! They've got room for those who love to eat in & enjoy savoring their delish food made fresh from the kitchen. Make sure you get some of those steamed dumplings that come with a duck sauce & a spicy horseradish mustard sauce that is so, so good. They have a wonderful oolong tea & I love that as well.
By far, the best fried rice in the county! Every dish I’ve had has been delicious. From Walnut Chicken, Chicken Egg Foo Young to Mu Shu Pork & Pepper Steak it’s all amazing.!!!!! This is our family favorite pick for over a decade now & we love it!

If I pay $20 For a salad, it needs to have enough dressing so that every bite tastes like the dressing. It shouldn't have dry spots for that kind of money, which is overpriced for a salad. So..for those of you who have been disappointed recently by this established highly rated restaurant..perhaps a simple conversation could have rectified the situation instead of sullying their reputation. “Came here for dinner and was immediately taken by the amazing atmosphere of the restaurant. Was seated at a lovely secluded booth with a nice view of the bubbly water wall. I ordered 4 different rolls of sushi, and they were all exceptionally good! The bubble tea was also quite good. All in all, for a meal of this kind in a restaurant this nice, it was an incredibly valuable meal and enjoyable dining experience!“
