“Usually friendly service, I'm not sure if the waitress was having an off day but I sat for 15 minutes before I was even asked if I was waiting on anyone or wanted a drink. I ordered an appetizer and it took 20 minutes. 3 couples who came in after me have already been served. I told her I wanted to order and she disappeared. I asked on the status of my appetizer when she reappeared and she said that takes 10 minutes. I said okay, it was at least 15 minutes ago. So far I've been here at least 35 minutes and have just ordered my pizza at 2:08pm. My pizza didn't arrive until 2:32 . The food is good but the service certainly doesn't match. I think in the future we will frequent another location.“

“The food is very good and the people are very nice. The buffet is very good. I also like to order off of the menu sometimes where I can get the food a little bit spicier than what the buffet offers, which is mild, but I prefer medium spice.“

“Not only is Aladdin’s one of my favorite all-time restaurants, but this particular location was even better. The service was incredible. The waitress was kind and attentive, and although the food was very consistent to what we normally get at other locations, this just had an extra subtle degree of freshness and TLC. They also serve alcoholic beverages here although we did not partake. Just an outstanding restaurant. We mix it up but usually get a plate, grape leaves and a soup. Genie’s is our fav. Amazing.“

“The atmosphere is cozy and casual, making it a nice spot for a date night, family dinner or even just a quick bite. It was a Friday night and it was a packed house, but our wait time was only about 15 minutes for the two of us. Our server was attentive and friendly and kept our drinks filled. I started out with the caramel martini and it was delicious. We each ordered the side salad and they brought us fresh rolls. And for our entrées, we had the balsamic blue fillet and the Dijon glaze New York strip steak. The steaks were cooked to perfection. We ordered the steaks to be cooked medium and they came out perfect. This was our first time here and it will most definitely not be our last.“

“We were a party of 9, hungry, thirsty and with a few picky eaters. Ashlee was an excellent waitress, answering our questions, quickly bringing out our appetizers and refilling our drinks efficiently. On top of that she maintained a sunny disposition. We also had a take out which we took home hot and ready to serve. We have always had good service and great food on our visits and Ashlee did your establishment proud.“

“First time here with a party of six. I made reservations for 4:30 on a Saturday. Was greeted and seated immediately. Drinks were offered and on the table in minutes. Our waitress was outstanding. She provided everyone time to figure out their appetizers and later, the entree's. The food was fantastic. I mean, I eat at a lot of Japanese restaurants and this might be the best. Because there is no longer Golden Corral in Boardman and Hometown Buffet in Niles and Ponderosa Steakhouse on Elm Road in Warren Ohio. And now so customers won't have to go to the Golden Corral in Hermitage Pennsylvania to get American food? American food like Real Yams Mac, and Cheese, Baked Chicken, White Rice, Broccoli Cauliflower, Carrots, Cornbread Dressing and Mashed Potatoes and gravy.“

“You have a server by the name of Rhonda that works there. We are frequent customers and each time, you see how dedicated she is to her job. She has patience with nasty customers, an amazing multi-tasker and Ive witnessed her, in the midst of a busy restaurant and taking care of her own tables, help her coworkers.
