If I could give zero stars I would. Thanks for ruining our Valentines day dinner. I made reservations. We arrived and the place looked impressive. It took over 20 minutes for our waiter (Aaron) to greet us and ask us about drinks. We were understanding. But we were ready to order along with ordering drinks, so we did. 15 minutes later the waiter comes back and asks if anyone took our order. Umm, yeah.. you did! He apologized and we played it cool. had the worst experience that I’ve ever had a restaurant. The service was extremely slow from our assigned waitress. At first we thought it was maybe because they were overwhelmed (although it wasn’t that busy) but then we watched our drink sit at the bar for 20mins (no exaggeration) before she brought it over. Although she blamed the bartender for being slow. I kindly requested to speak to a manager, due to not only the drink issue, but water taking a long period of time...read full review
