Seems like every time I come to this Arby's I have nothing but issues with the drive thru but eating inside doesn't seem to ever be an issue. I ask for fresh food and I get cold food it's pretty upsetting.

Not even the close to being happy, if there was an option for zero stars that's what I would give. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and no service, yes I was the only one there so I left and went to Wendy's. Wendy's gets 5 stars across the board

Absolutely horrible service at the drive-thru microphone and at the window. They weren't busy I was the only one in line but the girl couldn't be bothered to give me a straw napkins or the Arby's sauce I asked for. All the food was brick cold. I used to love Arby's and this was the first time I came back in years and now I remember why I hate it so much now absolutely no standards

We literally just received our food from the drive through and was not even a block away and started to eat the fries. Very sale fries. Not warm at all. So they gave us food that's been sitting there. Very dissatisfied. You take people's money and they receive old food? Thank God the Arby's in Alliance Ohio never does that. Thanks for the throwaway fries. Do better or hire a manager that isn't letting employees send out old food. I use to work in fast food so there is no excuse for what we received.
Update. Received an apology from supposedly a manager and a link to give more information on. The link goes nowhere. Seriously?

I'm particularly upset because I spent $20 on 2 five piece strips with curly fries and waited ten minutes for my order just to get home and see that they gave us 4 shriveled up OLD strips and 5 fresh hit strips🤨😠 They could have at least gave us the right amount! And NO I'm not driving back up there! My kids will share the fresh ones and the dog will have the others. I will choose burger king next time.😠😔

I posted this originally years ago. They have almost all new staff since then. Review can't change because, I went into the bathroom and it had no Toilet paper. I asked for toilet paper, they didn't fix the issue (and no they weren't too busy)

Take the sticker (signs) out of the windows. You can't see out .
Food and service was absolutely horrible, upon arrival appeared to look like no employees working in the store. The shift manager was rude, waited 25 minutes for cold/old food, store was not busy. No one was in the store. Store employees vapping in the back of the store. Never again will I return to this store!

Visited this Arby's fir the first time. Store is neat and clean. Very friendly employees and the food was very good. Looooved the strawberry shake. Will definitely go back.
