Never again… was proud regular especially coming in the mornings with Burt and Nicole they are phenomenal…. That being said if you stop in for a meal with the evening crew the service is horrible and quality of food declines as well. So I try to avoid that and place an online order only to be told they can’t give me the food I ordered nor can I get a refund for it claiming so because I ordered online. Crazy to me no other options were offered. Hate to cross off one of my favorite places to frequent and the other locations are just too out of the way but kinda over it. Too many bad experiences.

I ordered online, so it's kind of an automatic 5 stars for service and atmosphere since it's not fair to give one star for non-applicable. However, the 5 star on the food was well-deserved. BLT was so fresh. Omelet was absolutely perfect, potatoes- perfect, green beans - even better than perfect. I'm so glad I ordered tonight. I am, however, still waiting on my gift card from last year when my family order was messed up and I was promised by a manager that she'd send me one in the mail to make up for it...lol. no biggie. Great food tonight!

I've only come in to do Uber Eats delivery , but super excited to come back for dinner with the wife. Great service , great atmosphere, it feels like grandma's house and smells like grandma's gooking. I've seen the.product in stores but I think I'd rather go to the source.

Absolute worst from the moment we walked in. Bathrooms were disgusting, with no toilet paper in 2 of the 3 stalls. Sat down on the toilet and almost fell off because the seat was so loose. Waited forever for a table to fit our party even though they were not busy. Waitress started by apologizing because they had some staff walk out, got our drink order and took 15 minutes to bring them. Ordered our food and waited 35-40 minutes for it, which was a challenge with a hungry 4 year old. Got it, and it was barely warm. Waitress was too busy in the bathroom talking on her phone. Never offered refills, had to ask another waitress for the rest of our order and refill. We were stuck here for almost 2 hours. If they were busy, we would understand, but they definitely we not. One person in our party spilled their drink, and the waitress, who was actually at our table, didn't even offer us some napkins. We are patient people and don't generally complain, but this was ridiculous. We won't be back.

Ordered sides for Thanksgiving. I have never eaten so much salt and pepper in my life! Who peppers gravy??? Or peppers sweet corn so much the corn turns grey??? I dumped it along with the green beans cooked with HUGE pieces of onion and smoked ham. Yuk! Mac and cheese and cranberries were good, mashed potatoes were waaaaay too salty. After cooking holiday dinners for 50 years I thought I'd try this. I will cook my own christmas dinner. Definitely not worth almost $70 for sides. Never again.

There was no one in restaurant, dirty tables at 9:00am waited 35 mins no service ,people came in after me and boss got served and still nothing! Unless you half a day and your starved ,I do not recommend this place what so ever!

The slowest service ever! Also many mistakes. It was our waiters first day and he was by himself, clearly he had no idea what he was doing. The table that came in at least 15min after us is now done and I am waiting on an order that was messed up 3 times. I ordered a chicken salad plate that doesn't need even need cooked and the restaurant is dead. Lettuce in my husband's salad was still wet and the chicken wasn't hot. The kids chicken fingers were dry and they couldn't get sauce from the server for 15 min. Ok now I got my chicken salad plate and it is like 1/3 of the size it's supposed to be My niece just got ice cream Sunday for her dessert and it has a hair in it.
