Everytime I come in here to pick up a doordash I'm always given an attitude and treated like crap. I'll make sure this store gets removed from doordash and possibly other delivery platforms as well. Nobody should be treated with the level of disrespect these people think is ok

I just ordered and received my dinner. I ordered Steak tips. It is horrible! Tough and tastes BAD! WTH! I've gotten steak tips from them before, they were really good, but this order is nasty! It tastes sooooo bad!

I feel bad being negative but stopped by pretty hungry waited 10 minutes and she didn't realize she had a table and took our drink and food order and then waited another 15-20 minutes for 2 drinks and the syrup was out. I get it because I work in food and I feel bad because maybe she's new but I was baffled at the lack of common sense said to the table next to us she would take there order in a minute walked away came back with there silverware and walked away again 😭. I feel bad for the cooks because we just left i didn't even stay to eat

It's hit or miss with this place. If you order online, some days you walk right in and pick up and go..other days, you wait 20 minutes before someone helps you. They get busy during the dinner rush for carry out orders, this could be fixed by having more than one person run that counter...usually there are 2 other folks standing back there not doing anything and 1 person running ragged to service 5-7 customers.Update- this is still the same hit or miss location. Items wrong or missing nothing, and somewhat soggy food...or everything is perfect. Its about a 60-40 mix.

The waitress we had was very unprofessional didn’t know what she was doing she brought wrong food. Didn’t want to listen when we explained what was wrong thank god the assistant manager was willing to do what needed to be done the girl that was waitressing was unprofessional needs fired….

Garbage experience. They missed the apple pie in my order so I asked to pick it up and when I got there, she rolled her eyes at me. I tipped and everything. Gross service and cold food.

This Bob Evans is usually pretty busy, but I have always been able to get a table for 2 to 4 people pretty quickly even when it is busy. Very clean. They do a great job on the preparation of the eggs, hot cakes, and sausage as well as the comfort food items. Great location!
