Felicia's service was top notch ! However, the acoustics are very poor. This location needs to find a way to dampen the excessive noise that bouncescback & forth within these paper thin walls.
*sigh* I hadn’t been to a BWW in years, so it was disappointing to see how much the size of the wings have shrunk.
All the sauces were good though, except my lemon pepper wet, either they accidentally gave me the dry rub or they hardly put any sauce on them at all.

We liked the food very much, it was tasty and delicious, but the service was terrible. There were a bunch of tables available, yet it took a while for someone to acknowledge we were waiting. I ordered a drink, and 20 minutes later, there was still no drink. Unfortunately, the waitress was not very friendly either. We were disappointed, to say the least. Conclusion, not a place we would like to go back.
