Ordered 3 meals delivery, it cost $50 before the delivery and service fees, and tip. When we received the order everything was cold, and the ice cream was melted, after a round about customer service, all they offered was a $10 to go on my account. This is the 3rd or 4th time we've ordered and we received cold food. The bad part is they're the closest Burger King around without traveling 30 minutes.

No structure. Too many people standing around goofing off. Food waiting to be bagged. The manager act like she has no clue what's going on. She just as slow as the special Olympics kids she got back there working. Unacceptable
