Absolutely shocked to see another review stating not only did they get food poisoning once, but twice at this location. That is exactly what happened to me. Such a filthy disgusting chain, in fact this lead me to do some research (which I should have done before) making me aware of their dark past which is obviously still their present. They have had issues in terms of food borne illness that has lead to actual criminal charges. Just look it up. This location seems to be carrying on the tradition. Thank you for the over $200 “bowl” in terms of loss wages and medicine needed to get over this.

Well first of all, I have to say i’m very disappointed. So I ordered two burritos and a bowl. Well they messed both of my burritos. I was okay with what was on mine but my fiancée was not. So i ordered her another one without complaining.When I got to the pickup window, i gave them my name and what not and the girl working the window told me they were still making it. 20+ minutes later, a gentleman walks up and says “ I’m sorry for your wait, what was the name for the order” I gave him my name for the second time and he said “ oh sorry it’s been done, it’s just been sitting here”. Well yes indeed my order was sitting there, right by the window for 20 mins. This customer service tonight sucked, they were all inside playing around and not paying attention to their jobs. They gave me a bag of chips for my inconvenience when i shouldn’t have been charged at all for having to warm up all of my food myself. Very upset with tonight performance.

do NOT come here, I’ve realized they are the most expensive chipotle out of all chipotles in canton. it doesn’t make sense bc I get the same thing everywhere and they charge more. steak is always fatty and the employees are ALWAYS rude. i never feel welcome there. especially the short little cashier girl who had a attitude. y’all need to check ur prices and train ur employees!

Stay away from this filthy toxic waste! This place gave me food borne illness/poisoning. The quality of this chain has dropped dramatically. Its employee base seems to consist of the young and not so smart. I have constantly witness them not using gloves and have now paid the price! An $8 and some change chicken bowl has now cost me a day of lost wages and terrible pain! If they are not even willing to remember gloves you know they aren't thoroughly washing their hands. And please get some hair and beard nets for these people! Disgusting!

My order was missing half of the selections including the salsa so my burrito tasted like a tire. Furthermore, it was wrapped so poorly that it fell apart as soon as I opened. If I could give -5 stars I would. About to try to get my money back we'll see how it goes

This place is always out of everything. I could there at different times on different days and they will always be out of something. It never ends. I would recommend going to a different location or calling to make sure they have all their ingredients before going.

Location is open until 11pm and when I got there at 8pm they were completely out of chips, tomato salsa, and cheese. I get my order and get home and liter every thing except my son's kids quesadilla is freezing cold. I LIVE LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AWAY!!!!! I decide to just say it is what it is and dig in anyway...... meat is drier then dry, black beans are rock hard, fajita veggies not cooked just completely raw peppers and onions, and the corn salsa was literally frozen!!!! I try my hardest not to complain and be that person but the whole bowl is inedible so I get online and contact their support. I let them know what's going on and the say we'll let the restaurant know here's one entree for the inconvenience. WTAF! I'm not saying I was only looking for my money back but I mean at least comp my order I spent almost 30 dollars on our food and my son was the only one able to eat anything and it was just the small kids quesadilla because he also got rice with beans in it and corn salsa as his sides. I will never eat at this chipotle ever again!!!!!

Normally pretty good but the last three weeks this location has been lacking on food temps quality and quantities started making the trip to the other side of town to visit the other location.
I live 4 mins away from this chipotle but I have to go out of my way 95% of the time because they are ALWAYS CONSTANTLY out of vinaigrette or guac or cheese! and on top of that their scanner never works to redeem points and they’re credit card machine is also always down. While I know some of those things are out of their control the fact that I go in at normal dinner hours (between 6-7 pm) and can never get what I went there for is obviously annoying and starting to be more of an inconvenience. Y’all close at 11 so what the hell is the problem??? Those evening managers should be ashamed of themselves!!

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Several times I’ve had terrible experiences with them. They give you half the portions, and they always say they’re out of things. I worked at Chipotle in the past, and I guarantee they just don’t want to make more (like you’re supposed to).

Save yourself time, go somewhere else. This location is absolutely terrible. Every single time i come to this location they are out of multiple things. Food is usually awful as well when they DO have it. It’s such a pain to go to this location because you’re gambling rather or not they’re going to say they’re out of things (99% of the time they are) and you’re going to have to get in your car and drive across town to another location. i just don’t understand.
