Food portions generous and good. Friendly hard working staff.
My bowl was very messy and had more sour cream than any other ingredient.

The staff, especially Abdul and Taylor, are friendly and respectful, even in the face of rude customers. Online ordering is available for convenience. The Cleveland Ave location has fast service, with minimal wait times, and the bowls are some of the best. While the atmosphere could be more welcoming, most of the staff provides great service, though one cashier has been noted for a poor attitude. Family-friendly atmosphere.
