We ordered the box of 12 minis, however there was a promo of 12 full sized cookies for only $2.99 more and it would have been nice to have been advised or offered to switch up to the large cookies for the value. No interaction from the workers at all.
Cookies always good. But No reason I should stand there for 10 minutes before being acknowledged for a mobile order that was literally already done and sitting there the whole time :)
