This was our first time ordering from Firehouse. We ordered two large Italian subs and a small meatball sub. I ordered using the app on my iPad and had issues with the app loading items properly and putting them into my cart. I also had problems when I wanted to order a pizza meatball sub. I selected the pizza meatball sub on the app, but what came up was a chicken parmesan meatball sub in the title.I ordered for pickup at a particular time. The order was ready about 5 minutes later than I specified, but the staff was extremely friendly and made sure that they kept me updated on my order.We ordered our Italian subs with garlic butter on the roll. I think if I were to reorder an Italian sub, I would not get the garlic butter on the roll. With the garlic butter and The Honey Ham, the Italian sub was a little too sweet for what my wife and I are used to when we order Italian subs from other places. We prefer a more zesty and spicy taste. The sweetness of the sub overpowered all the other flavors. Not that it was bad, just that it's not our preference. The subs were huge, and came with plenty of meat and toppings on them. They were large enough to only eat half for one meal and then save the other half for the next day. Again, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming!We will probably be back to try different sandwiches. ?

Instead of leaving negative review I filled out a form/ emailed corporate. Always had decent food at this location until today. That is the only reason of leaving 2 stars instead of one star.

Went in and ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips and a drink. When I left I totally forgot to grab the 2 bags of chips, obviously my mistake but when I called in to see if I could get a credit for those chips she had no way of giving me a credit. Since I was on my lunch break I didn't have time to run back and get them. I was planning on ordering sandwiches again another day and getting them then. Since there was no way to receive a credit it was either today or not at all. Drink machine was out of almost everything and no ice. My veggie sub was all mayo and hardly any veggies. But it is the poor customer service that will keep me from coming back here again.

The people working there did not make the sub correctly, had messed up a to go order and acted irresponsible about it, and weren’t really that friendly. The subs themselves were cold and we picked them up at 7:22, 2 minutes past the pickup time we chose. We were there for ten minutes going back and forth with the staff about the order. While my mom was talking to the two closers tonight they were locking the doors at 7:30 when online it says this establishment closes at 8. People were still trying to get their food they already ordered and they were trying to lock up everything at 7:30. Will not be back for overpriced subpar food and well below average service.

I really hate to leave neg reviews. But I will hoping the owner or store manager is aware. I went to wash my hands before ordering. No soap. 5 employees behind the counter. I asked for soap. Waited 8 minutes as other customers stepped up in front of me to order. I asked again for soap. The emp said there's hand sanitizer at the register. I said I prefer to wash my hands with soap. They again asked me to wait. Getting anxious, I ordered my sandwich and small drink. Just over $13. Again I asked for soap. She said go ahead and use the soap in the women's bathroom. Really? I did. Other customers just had a "wow" look on their faces. I came back to the counter and waited another 15 minutes. The sandwich was just ok. The drink machine had no ice.... I didn't even bother. Bad experience. And I do really like Firehouse Subs. This experience was bad. Sorry

This location gotta be the worst I've ever been to. Staff unfriendly, doesn't say anything once they approach the register. Just stand there and wait until you order or ask how they are. Stopped here the other night for a meatball sub and was told they already put the meatballs away, 40 minutes before closing time. ?

Smells like weed right before you enter. Didn’t get what I ordered. Sub was made incorrectly it had onions which I didn’t not order and no bacon - pretty bad when I even paid for extra bacon!
