John's Bar & Grille Reviews
Was at John's at 5:00 (Friday night). The place was packed with a 25min. wait. Three of us. Two had burgers. Actually the worst burger we have ever eaten. Ordered medium well, both, and came out burnt and like shoe leather. A bad experience. Seriously considering not going back. Have been to John's several times, this is the first bad experience !!!
My wife and I went to John's Bar for dinner on November 9th. We got an appetizer, a drink for both of us and dinner. I got the brisket hoagie and my wife got the crab stuffed scrod. Before the tip our bill was almost seventy dollars. We paid that much for dinner only to be served imitation crab. Very disappointed to be mislead.
waitress said food took forever bc shift change on the chef and our burgers got burnt. the remake came out burnt anyway. fries were soggy. nothing had any salt or Seasoning on it for flavor at all. fries are extra with a burger. overall do not recommend.

John's Bar & Grille offers delicious food in a friendly atmosphere. The fried pickles are a standout, and the ribs and fish tacos are also excellent. The restaurant has maintained its quality over the years, with food, service, and cleanliness receiving high praise. The prices are very reasonable, and the hot chips are all crunchy and not over seasoned. The staff, including servers, are friendly and attentive, making each visit enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm, and guests often step away from their usual choices to try new items, such as Fish Tacos or the Long Island, which many find to be the best they’ve ever had. The restaurant also refuses to participate in the annoying credit card service charge. Customers frequently drive long distances to dine here and highly recommend trying dishes like French onion soup, gyro, pecan crusted salmon, and spinach salad. The ribs were delicious, and they loved the sweet potato fries especially. The burgers were cooked perfectly, and everything tasted wonderful. Above all the food was fantastic, fresh, nothing tasted frozen or pre-made.
