Food is always spot on,review looks not so good ONLY because of things probably out of the crews ability. I have had to drive to Massillon numerous times because I couldn't go in the restaurant and order..why is that a problem? I drive a beater of a car and the window doesn't go down so I go in.....or to Massillon. Massillon restaurant doesn't shut/lock up at 7pm.I live on other side of Tusc at Canton KFC ..and the neighborhood isn't that bad to chalk it up...

So, the food was incredibly fresh, probably the best KFC I've ever had. Ordered online, expecting to sit in the restaurant, but the dining room was closed. We got to the window ten minutes after it said the order would be ready and they say they haven't even started on it. But then it's done like 3 minutes later?
We ordered a bunch of sauces. They didn't include them. Same with the gravy. We ordered a ton of food and got 4 sporks and like...
