I order several items 16 piece of original chicken meal, with potato wedges x4, 8 biscuits, pie poppers, 1 extra potato wedge, festive pot pie, a side of brown gravy, and I was sent crispy chicken not original recipe, the potato wedges, pie poppers were hard as a rock and cold. The brown gravy never came, the pot pie was cold. The total order with price, tip, delivery fee was $80, ALOT of money for food we could not eat. When I called last night I was told we were receiving a full refund and received a email stating we would receive 100% refund for this. Now today there is a pending refund for $34 NOT $80. So I call back now there trying to go back on their word for the refund even though I have the email that states 100%refund was initiated. So I am not a petty person and it is not about the money it is about the product, honoring your food and making sure the food is correct and edible! So I am not attempting to play a game of back and fourth. I have the email with the reference number and stating a 100% refund and I also have the amount pending your trying to refund which is not right, and is not even half the price. NOT to mention I had to turn around and order more food from another restaurant so we could eat. This is ridiculous, uncalled for and I will be contacting my attorney regarding this if not resolved in 24 hrs! I will never order from this establishment again.

Went through the drive through spent over 30 dollars on over cooked dry chicken and burnt biscuits. Drove 10 mile before trying to eat that crap. Way over priced low quality food

If I could give a -10 stars thatās what this location would get. I picked up food the night before Thanksgiving on my lunch break at work. The chicken tasted like it was sitting there for a week. We didnāt get our biscuits and the sides were wrong. So I called the manager which I believe her name was Ashley or Amberā¦ Not sure but I called the manager on Friday after Thanksgiving and she was very rude. And wouldnāt replace my food I paid $35 for my order and it was awful. Save your money or go to another location!!!!!!

Ordered delivery, they didn't include the sauces, the straws, and all of the sides were spilled inside the boxes.
Ordered online, everything was there and fresh, and the gentleman at window was very polite!!! This will be my regular store from now on!

Horrible experience they take forever and the guy name Jaylen did not even tell us how much our order was and could not even get it all right !!!! The manager needs to be fired and put someone who will actually do their job and make sure there store run correctly bc they canāt do that itās ridiculous!!!
