Came here to pick up an online order, employee said they were out of tenders and patties for the sandwiches. When i asked for names so when i put in for a refund I could give proper information, they refused to give any info what so ever. Avoid this spot.

I ordered through drive thru .I could not understand person taking orders .it was very frustrating. I ended up with 6 chicken strips .large mashed .large coleslaw for $35 .and that is not what I wanted .please go to your drive-thru and listen to person you have taking orders .your wasting my time and money. Very disappointing

I placed an online order for an overpriced family meal. It comes with 3 sides. I sent my husband to pick it up. Of course it was missing the side of fries for my daughter. My husband went back for them immediately, was less then 10 minutes because we are close. They gave him a hard time over some fries, needed to see the receipt but there was no receipt in or on the bag. If you are going to insist on receipts make sure everyone gets one.

I've been here multiple times now, and every time there's been something wrong with my order. They forgot my drink, my sides, my sauces, etc. I usually order on the app and pick up in the drive thru. The chicken tenders are always pretty good for fast food, but the service sucks. When I've gone inside to retrieve my forgotten items, staff were just standing at the front register rather than working. And then they ignored me and continued their conversations.

My already crappy day got worse because I ordered 8 piece meal half extra crispy half original the cashier made statement about my order and was correct but when I got home all pieces were extra crispy which is NOT to my wife’s liking And this was $31 that just caused me a little more aggravation in my day. Thank you for listening and I already know there is nothing you can do

Horrible service. First when we went inside I could hear the workers complaining about the customers calling them "big backs" Our Food was old and hard. Called for an issue with our food and was treated like we were wrong. Guy who answered the phone kept putting my wife on hold and was very rude. Then stated if we bring ALL the food back he would fix it. Idc about that. I've worked in fast food long enough to know what that means. I'll bring back what the issues were. When I was handed the phone I asked to speak to the district supervisor who was in the dining room at the time. The RGM then answered the phone. We I voiced my concern again she said, "so how can I fix you're problem". It's not my problem. It's the restaurants for handing out old and incorrect food. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Also you can order now hiring and no smoking signs from yum brand instead of dirty printed out paper.
