Horrible service. First when we went inside I could hear the workers complaining about the customers calling them "big backs" Our Food was old and hard. Called for an issue with our food and was treated like we were wrong. Guy who answered the phone kept putting my wife on hold and was very rude. Then stated if we bring ALL the food back he would fix it. Idc about that. I've worked in fast food long enough to know what that means. I'll bring back what the issues were. When I was handed the phone I asked to speak to the district supervisor who was in the dining room at the time. The RGM then answered the phone. We I voiced my concern again she said, "so how can I fix you're problem". It's not my problem. It's the restaurants for handing out old and incorrect food. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Also you can order now hiring and no smoking signs from yum brand instead of dirty printed out paper.

I had to realize it's not the employees. It's the food quality. The chicken is horrible. Too hard too dry. Too small for high price. Not worth it.

Best KFC in Canton, and possibly stark county! All the managers and staff are super friendly and helpful, and the chicken has always been wonderfully juicy and crispy every time! I rate this KFV 10/10, 5 stars, 4 spoons and a regular tomato!

Hi my name is Shay and I ordered here last night my husband is in hospital from food poisoning I did call the store and let them know just they didn't seem care very much just said someone would probably call me back but not guaranteed I spent over $30 dollar there last night just for my husband and me get sick from food poisoning now my husband is in hospital pls be warned of what your eating from this place I won't be coming back here or to any kfc again

The food was good. We had to wait a long time on the drive-through line (only one car ahead of us). When it was time to pay, they said we needed to wait 20 more minutes for the pot pie 🥧. We couldn't wait any longer. The Cherry Pie Poppers were very delish.

Currently waiting for my food. It’s been over 20 minutes, not exaggerating. There’s three people waiting that ordered after me. Cars in the drive thru are just flying through but apparently they forgot about the people at the counter. Save time and go to Burger King, or kill a chicken, dress it, cook it. Still faster than this KFC.

Just picking up an order from here is a joke. The staff and managers are rude at best! I was told food would be ready an a couple minutes. 10 minutes later im told they dropped the chicken and it would be 7 minutes. 10 minutes later still nothing being made. As soon as I asked what was happening and why I was waiting for so long, I was yelled at by an employee hiding in the back. Then "greeted" by a so called manager asking why I had a problem lol. Then threatened to not give me the food that was already paid for.

Ordered a bucket of mixed chicken with 4 sides, 2 mash potatoes, cole slaw, green beans. All chicken was crunchy no original, only received one gravy for 2 potatoes and they was a wait for green beans, we asked for fries instead but when we went home they weren't in the bag.
