Most of the time if you get the right tech you get great service. 3 times I got techs that really messed up my nails. Aside from that they are quick to get you seated at a station the staff is nice.

Hot food, good quality. Never an issue there. Long waits at times. Short staffed, probably intentionally, like everywhere else in the world. John and Nancy weren’t horrible to work for as a kid but they are definitely squeezing every possible cent out of their locations.

I'm going to say this place treats people well for where it's located in the heart of Canton where there is NOTHING but a 1,000 homeless people. I was there awhile waiting on a greyhound that never showed & they treated them with decency
