It took over 30 minutes to get our order and they did not complete the order correctly. During our wait, we observed many people not in uniform coming and going from the back area. They also were trying to take delivery during the lunch rush which resulted in closing the drivethru.

Super rude. Always slow. I went in today waited 10 mins in the second lane while 4 different cars went through the first lane. While I was talking about it she got back on the mic and started giving me attitude like she didn't make me wait for no reason. She tried to say they were busy when there was only one car in the drive thru. I've worked at a McDonald's before and I know it's not that difficult to get the order that I was talking about and not on top of that I had to wait like 10 minutes also for my order which could have been done in 5 minutes and I know that because I'm a McDonald's worker and I know that could have been put together in 5 minutes but instead we had to sit there and wait and I was almost late because they're always super slow and they always pull you forward for absolutely no reason. The manager in the back window was very nice but the lady on the speaker was very very rude
