Best burger and fries around

We stopped in the Perry location (we usually frequent Massillon) on a Friday afternoon. I ordered my usual Lil Mench burger with cheese, ketchup, mustard, and tomato, and a side of onion rings. I was honestly very surprised and disappointed with my meal. The burger patty was a smash the size of a half dollar. Truly, no substance to the burger at all. Plenty of tomato, though. My onion ring portion was 5 small rings, which were cold. Not a great experience at this location.

Very delicious food been awhile since I've been able to find a good burger. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I highly recommend eating here.

Evan was a very nice and attentive server!

Food was better at this location than the other one, but it's definitely not my favorite place. My parents is like it though. The atmosphere and the service I amazing though. Employees are always polite and I've never had to wait on a refill. It's a great place to go for visiting with out of town friends.

If I could leave less than zero stars I would. People don’t know what people are going through and I am so tired of these businesses in Canton messing up my food. Menched has messed up before offered me coupons and I didn’t bother to use them. Simple instructions clear and readable should be honored. If you’re in a customer service business I ordered no mayo on my food. I used DoorDash , I have pins in my toes I’m in a wheelchair and I can’t drive. This is the worst experience of my life. people need to do better, worst Menches ever and Let me give a shout out to the Massillon one because those people upset my stomach, and I can’t order food from there because they have a dirty kitchen or something because their food made me and my husband sick mention Menches Ohio y’all need to do better

Christina was our server. She is wonderful! Always happy and with a smile. We enjoy eating here with her as our server.

Evan was very accommodating and friendly. Patient with and friendly to my young kids. Food was good and portions were plentiful.

Evan was friendly and efficient. He was patient and kind as our girls situated sitting themselves next to their PawPaw 🤣❤️

Was there for late lunch and our server was Evan, he was great. His suggestions of menu items were so good.
