It was alright. I walked in no one was at the counter. I waited several minutes before someone showed up to take my order. They were friendly so I figured they were just short staffed. I got my drink. The food comes from a different counter, I didn't know that. This was my first time at a Panera Bread. It seemed like a fast food kind of thing. The food was good. My experience there was really mixed and a bit confusing. So I gave it three stars, not good, not bad, just kinda...
