3rd time I’ve recently placed an order with them and someone “gave my food” away or a portion of my order away. Today I called 45mins ahead of time to pick up an order on my way home. I arrive telling them my name. They scramble to find my order, couldn’t find my pizza then tell m my pizza was “given away”. Everything else was made and ready to go but I do not understand how that makes sense and how you lose a pizza. When asked if I’d want another pizza instead of I’ll take care of this order for the inconvenience I got “it’ll be 30minutes”.. I walked out and said forget it. doubt that I want to order food from this location again. Whoever is managing the place really needs serious training and a lot better focus

Lived in Canton for 3 years during school. Always loved Pizza Oven. Biscuit like crust, sauce with a little acid wang to it, and provolone cheese!! It's just different and so good. Now when I drive from southern Ohio to visit friends in Youngstown I go 45 min. out of my way to get Pizza Oven!!

An hour and fifteen minutes seems a little absurd for delivery at 1:00 pm on a Saturday.
Lesh Rd can never get my order correct when they deliver. Stopped ordering from them

Took an hour and half to recieve my order (large pizza and salad) salad was missing tomato and cucumber. The pizza was room temperature and crust tasted stale. I also ordered a 20oz Pepsi that wasn't put on the order. 35 bucks down the drain. Never had this problem with them but after this we will not be ordering from there again... The driver was nice and was rewarded a $9 tip. I believe pizza oven is gouging on their prices.

Something must have changed. This isn’t the pizza oven pizza we usually get. We haven’t ordered in a while. We picked up a large pepperoni on 5/8/2025 on Lesh Rd and it was so bad. The cheese was so strong tasting and the sauce was definitely different. Won’t order again. So disappointed.
