Took an hour and half to recieve my order (large pizza and salad) salad was missing tomato and cucumber. The pizza was room temperature and crust tasted stale. I also ordered a 20oz Pepsi that wasn't put on the order. 35 bucks down the drain. Never had this problem with them but after this we will not be ordering from there again... The driver was nice and was rewarded a $9 tip. I believe pizza oven is gouging on their prices.

Something must have changed. This isn’t the pizza oven pizza we usually get. We haven’t ordered in a while. We picked up a large pepperoni on 5/8/2025 on Lesh Rd and it was so bad. The cheese was so strong tasting and the sauce was definitely different. Won’t order again. So disappointed.

First off, I didnt ask for extra crispy, or so crispy you cant even bite them wings. Then gone say bring them back and we will make you a new order, like why I gotta come there and return the wings before you make new ones, and do you really think I trust you to make me more. And then I asked who tf thought it was ok to box these up to begin with because they are visibly burned and overcooked. Then dude getting smart like you can call back and talk to the manager thats there as I was calling... but I gotta call back cause he busy.... yeah and im busy being hungry for food that I paid for and cant eat. 😑

Walked at 9:40, there where three people standing talking for more than two minutes before one was told to go to the counter. I was told 25 minutes plus for a small pep for take out. Idk; I worked in several pizza shops and that is a easy quick thing to when there is no business. Had it once before like others said; order got messed up and replaced. Just went in off a whim as a new customer.

It may not look like much on the outside, but this pizza shop is above&beyond!!!! They messed up the pizza i ordered but compensated greatly with a smile and fantastic attitude. All the food was incredible, I'm definitely coming here again

I have been eating pizza oven for years and it has been a family favorite but tonight it was not a favorite! The Lesh location is closest to my house since the Gross location is no more. This location is always hit or miss. Tonight was definitely a miss. I ordered a large pepperoni, sausage, and banana pepper pizza. I asked them to put extra sauce on it, not to much to make the crust soggy but enough so that the pizza isn't dry and the sausage cuts my throat. It happened before so I specifically requested it. After 1hr 30 min delivery, $34 with delivery fee and tip, my pizza was wrong. There was minimal sauce on the pizza, lots of sausage and the cheese was cooked to the point it was shiny. Probably sat under warmer to long. I called to inform the manager. He apologized and hung up. I called back because I thought we had got disconnected. He said he thought I was done. I had to ask him if he would rectify the mistake by making another pizza or offering a discount for my next order. At first he said no. He told me the order didn't say extra sauce and the person that took the order went home. The kid that answered the phone was the same one who took my order. Then he said he could make another and deliver it but give the whole pizza back. My husband ate 2 pieces (he didn't order) before I took a bite and called. The manager said since he ate the pieces, he couldn't make another one! This is my 2nd time ordering from them this week! I ordered wing dinners. Sometimes there will be tiny whole wings in the box! They have increased their prices but not the quality! I expect to get what I pay for!!! I'm not ordering from this location anymore!!!

Was there Sunday Evening to pickup 2 four piece chicken dinners. The dinners were great as always. The two young men working the takeout, were two of the nicest gentleman's. I do recommend this pizza shop. ( their pizzas also are very good )

I ordered a small 4 topping pizza, which is their deluxe pizza delivered. They charged me full price for the pizza and even more money for each additional topping plus delivery fee. So, after being charged $25 for a small pizza, I definitely will not be ordering from there again!!!. Scandalous...
