Went out of my way to go here today, knowing they had a drive-through and I wasn’t able to get out of my vehicle due to health reasons. When I got there, the drive-through was closed and also curbside pick up wasn’t an option in the app, even though that was how I had ordered it. I tried calling several times, but no one answered. I drug myself into the store and got my order and they said they weren’t answering the phone due to being shortstaffed. Pretty unacceptable.

I want to the subway drive up on Belden village Ave canton oh . The drive through open sign was on. Could see two employees looking at me. No one would would take my order. I drive up to the window employee informs me that the drive up is closed due to short on help and that he is sorry. I said instead of wasting my time could have easily came out and said the same or even better turn off the drive up open sign. Maybe the customer would then understand its closed.

The lettuce, and tomato was old ,not fresh just had to throw it away.The one worker was belittling to there coworker. Uncomfortable experience wich is a shame ,you usually get a decent sandwich there.

I’ve never been so disappointed with a subway. I’ve watched my sandwich be made hundreds of times, literally. I only get one specific sub. Barely got any meat (supposed to be 8 slices for a foot long and I only got 4) and couldn’t evenly distribute my toppings throughout the sub. I shouldn’t have to tell them how to properly make the sub. It wasn’t busy or anything but they were rushing everything for no reason.

The manager ‘Amanda’ is very rude, unprofessional, and treats her employees poorly. It’s no wonder they’re always looking for help. I’ve gone in multiple times and have noticed this.

Employees are always very nice but I’ve been to this one a few times and every time I get a steak and cheese or a chicken bacon ranch and ask for it not to be toasted, I get completely cold meat. Assuming steak, chicken, and bacon is still going to be cooked.
