Place has gone so downhill. Not a fan of many of their subs and when you go from 5 dollar footlongs and almost triple the price, it’s hard for me to justify continuing to go.
They were short-staffed but still did a great job of waiting on us.
I chose walk-in service over drive-thru anticipating a more personal experience. I was wrong. The Manager focused more on speedy service than polite service.
When I asked for one tomato sliced in half for my 6inch sub she questioned if I was serious. I responded yes and she replied “I normally wouldn’t do this as it sets a precedence”.
I was confused by her response but chose not to engage.
