When you order a 8 oz filet mignon and ask for med and it almost well done send it back!! Mind you husband atr his dinner before it got cold second one came out butterflied didn't ask that and they obviously used a grill presser because you choose imprint on it without cutting into it you could see the edges of how it was charcoaled. The manager brought that one out and said could you please cut into that to make sure that it's right I kind of chuckled and disbelief and said I can tell that this is over well done cut into it Well ,well done. I just looked at her and I said could you please just take that I don't even want that no sorry for your inconvenience she just looked at me and said I will take this off of your bill. Then the servers started acting very strange she didn't even apologize which it really wasn't her fault but no sorry boo nothing just brought the bill and that was that. Not busy at all!!!!!!! Never again. The sad thing of it is it was 5:15 on Thursday .

No seasoning. No taste I could’ve did a better job of cooking a steak at home. I don’t know why we pay restaurants to cook our food if they’re not gonna cook it or make it good. My first steak was Cooked Uneven and my second steak didn’t taste like anything. It was nasty and dry. The salad was good and the rolls. I remember why I never get a steak at Texas roadhouse.

Best onion blossom things in town! Food and service here are always outstanding.
Update: Entre was served before I had eaten half my salad. Steaks were chewy, not the usual melt-in-your-mouth. Check was brought to the table before I even started on my entre. Service wasn't up to par. Napkins were so stiff and scratchy you didn't want to wipe your face. Hopefully just an off night.

We had a great visit to Texas Roadhouse. I got the double pork chops and they were some of the best pork chops I've had anywhere. Comes with a nice peppercorn sauce. My wife got the 8oz sirloin and it was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. The seasoned rice as a side was also very good. Our waitress was very nice, attentive, and friendly. We went right after they opened, and there was no wait for seating and the food came out quickly. We will definitely return.

Haley was our waitress and she was super attentive to our needs straight from the moment we walked through the door. She offered my daughter her personal Hotspot when in need of wifi. She checked back on us frequently and even my other table which was not in her section. The other waitress did a good job as well especially when she had to do the birthday song. The food had a few mishaps but they quickly corrected them.
