We had an absolutely wonderful work luncheon here, and every member of my staff loved it. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding β the host, bar staff, servers, and kitchen team were all attentive, friendly, and professional. Every enjoyed their entrΓ©es, and our gluten-free requests were handled seamlessly and with great care. The experience exceeded our expectations, and we would happily return and highly recommend this restaurant.
Good food, good service and great atmosphere! We enjoyed the Grinch lunch in the Bellina Room at the Crush House.
Food was ok not as good as the bistro and we had a waiter that was apparently having a bad day! sadly we won't be back!
This was the best service I've ever had. I wish I knew the gentlemen's name but he was amazing. The meals and specials were also phenomenal.
Some food was cold when coming out like the mashed potatoes. The featured vegetable Brussel sprouts were undercooked and under seasoned. The service was outstanding however and most food was good and the drinks and dessert were excellent.
We had reserved a room for a meeting. It was $35 per person prior to the food. So I paid over $300 plus food and beverage. We had drinks apps and dinners. While considering dessert They came in and kicked us out for another reservation. At no time was a limit ever given or presented upon making the reservation. It was a real bummer to our non profit group and Christmas party! Ugh
Came to Gervasi for my oldest daughter's bridal/bachelorette party! What a wonderful experience in the tower room! Service was perfect! Everyone we came in contact with was happy and helpful! Thank you!
The staff was awesome for accommodating one in our party with physical limitations. Much appreciated and Christine was a great server!
The waiter was really great. The room we sat in was cold. Some people had to keep their coats on, and the food was just lukewarm.
This was a surprise birthday party for my husband and we couldn't have had a better evening. Starting at The Cave with wine tasting in the private room, and then moving our party of 12 onto dinner at the Crush House, was fabulous! Service in both locations a was great π

Excellent experience. Lisa, our server, was fantastic. Food and drink were exceptional. The tower room was the perfect setting for us to have an upscale evening to celebrate a special event with a multigenerational family group.
We were celebrating a 25th wedding anniversary. There were 4 couples and we reserved the tower room. It was semi-private and just what we wanted. The food and drinks were delicious. It was the perfect evening. Our server, Nick, was super and did a great job.
Probably won't be back. Our family has been fans of Gervasi for 15 years. It's our go-to place for special gatherings. That's why we were so disappointed today when we had lunch for Mother's Day. Upon our arrival, we were informed by a man that he had another party booked in the room we were in, and that we'd need to be out in 2 hours. I reserved the private tower room for our party of 9, and was told in advance that it was a $35/person minimum. That was reasonable to me. The food was good, but definitely not what I expected from a fine dining establishment. No fresh ground pepper, the meatball linguine lacked seasoning. The loaded potato chips were great. However when we finished our meals, our server announced to the entire table that we hadn't yet met the minimum. This was terribly awkward as I was paying for my parents, my partner, and my nieces. That left 3 people on other checks. When I invited everyone, I didn't inform them of the minimum because I knew I'd cover it. I assumed that we'd have ordered enough to cover the minimum, but if we didn't, the balance could be added to my bill. By announcing this requirement to all guests, it created confusion and made the situation awkward. Completely unnecessary. I don't understand why the server didn't discretely inform me so I could've handled things. It was then referenced by the server a 2nd time after I said I'd handle it. As it turned out, we bought 2 bottles of wine and the balance was added to my final tab. Finally, my sister-in-law was stopped by our server as she was exiting the stairs to leave and was asked if she had paid in cash, essentially questioning if her tab had been paid. I find it incredibly disappointing that after a nice meal, your staff made us feel uncomfortable when there were more nuanced, respectful ways to handle things. Especially after we spent almost $500. I've worked in food service and know that feedback is important to improvement. I hope this criticism is viewed as constructive.
Celebrated my wife's birthday there and we had a great time. The service and the food were awesome!!
The waitress was attentive to our team. Food was great and the Tower Room does not ever disappoint.
