I usually always come to tropical smoothie because I work next door and it’s so close. I walked in today and the girls seemed forced to do there job, they did not seem happy at all had to get back in line because my order didn’t have cutlery, wasn’t even acknowledged until a nice young lady in glasses asked me what it was I needed. After I got what I needed and proceeded to walk out as I no longer felt welcome ?

The staff has never seemed very happy, but they make a good smoothie. There's only one size option for drinks, 24oz.

Smoothies are amazing, really good. The customer service is just ok. The 2 girls seemed kind of annoyed taking our order.

We have been coming here for awhile. Each time ladies look super annoyed to have to take your order and will barely say a word. The food *was* usually ok. My chicken bacon ranch today was ice cold in the middle. After them looking so annoyed taking my order, I just left. My girlfriend picked up on their vibes also and didn't order anything even though she was hungry. I don't think I will be back.

Usually the smoothies are consistent in quality but today, I could only eat the top half of the smoothie until I realized the bottom half wasn't blended enough. The added supplements were chunky in the smoothie, so I ate pieces of the supplement which isn’t a pleasant taste. Disappointed in the quality since it’s a $7 smoothie.

I love this chain, but this particular location always disappoints in terms of customer service. Today was unbelievably bad. Besides getting the vibe that the workers weren't pleased to have to make my order, I was handed a cup with smoothie running down the side. When I asked for a napkin, the girl just stared at me, annoyed and didn't move to get me one. I had to ask FOUR times for a napkin. Why should I have to beg for a napkin? Never got an apology or anything. I will never return, there was no reason for me to receive such treatment.
