I love the Walmart bakery, their always helpful. I recently ordered two 24pks. Of cupcakes in person for a grad party they were exactly what I ordered too. I think they do a great job in the bakery. There's always New & discount items too. The Italian bread is another favorite.

I placed an order weeks before picking up an order for 36 cupcakes. The woman that took my order understood completely what I wanted, pink cupcakes with "girly" things on top because they are for my 9 year old daughter's birthday so we had a whole conversation about what these cupcakes would look like. I unfortunately was unable to pick them up at the store so I sent someone to pick them up and when I finally saw them I was extremely disappointed! None of the shades of icing were consistant, they looked like they were just decorated in a hurry, not to mention they were tinker bell WHICH I DID NOT ORDER! I dont know who made them but im not happy at all with the outcome of them and I even called to tell them that and they were not sympathetic at all nor did they have any solution to the problem. They simple said that was all they had, just characters. I don't understand why I didn't receive a phone call to clarify if it was ok for them to basically put what they wanted because they didn't have what I requested instead of calling to confirm that it was fine to proceed with their decision. I'm sure my daughter will be disappointed but unfortunately I don't have time to fix the mistake that was made. This is the first bad review I've ever written because I'm very disappointed in their lack of customer service and irresponsibility to notify me of the situation. I hope this never happens to anyone else!
