Whatever you do, DO NOT subject yourself to the Subway on Vance St. in Carey!!! The employees tonight were rude, complaining in front of customers because they were busy with mobile orders, obviously just throwing food together without giving a single thought about how the customer is expected to eat such a mess. It was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with Subway in the 20+ years I’ve been going. If anyone knows the franchise owner, I’d love to speak to them, because this is completely unacceptable, disgusting and impossible to eat. And worse when you’ve worked a 12hr shift and just want something good and easy to eat when you get home. I’m so disappointed and angry 😡

Ordered a 6 8nch sub for 5.58. Gave them a ten and then got 11 cents back. Its is kinda my fault though because I didn't really say anything because I was tired and didn't notice till I got home.

Terrible service, supper slow service and employee coughed and leaned on my sub. They tried to toast it without asking me, and didn't put what I asked for on my sub. In the future I think I will save my time and money and avoid that subway.

Total incompetence. My salad and sandwich were completely botched and it had barely any meat on it. It’s not like it’s a training issue, because it was the general manager that made the order. It was honestly the biggest waste of money in my life, and will be disputing all charges. Avoid.

If you like dry, chewy bread, rude customer service, and not using coupons this is the perfect place for you to eat. The refused to accept a coupon and said they don't accept coupons anymore when the coupon works online for this store, they were rude about it even the supervisor. The bread tasted like it sat out for 3 days it was hard and chewy, it was so bad that I had to throw my sub away. I will never return to this subway.
