Archers has awesome fresh cooking. Portion size is large and the pricing was very reasonable. Our Service was very good. She was very attentive and very pleasant to deal with. We go there every time we are in town. Love the Mom & Pop places so much better than the big chains.

From the moment I entered I felt welcome and very comfortable.
I have never tasted better Tomato Basil soup anywhere ever!
This soup was seriously the best I’ve ever had, it was full of flavor and had just the right amount of everything!
The service was great, friendly, attentive and very personable!
This restaurant is the hidden gem of Carrollton. I live in Stark County and would make the drive to eat here without hesitation.
I absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for affordable food that is worth every penny, the burger was excellent as well, however the soup is award winning quality!!
Quite a pleasant overall rest stop and meal on our bike ride. I had the western salad, and the wife had a hamburger and onion rings . . . which were the high light of both our meals, lol! My salad came with fries and fried chicken breast. While historically not one of our usual eating stops when we head through Carrollton, we WILL plan to stop here again. The food was PARTICULARLY good for the now outdated pricing!

How lucky were we to come across this gem? My son and I stopped in for breakfast and each ordered the western omelet, he also ordered french toast (he's a big eater). Anyway, we both agreed it was the BEST western omelet we have EVER had. Packed with tender diced ham, onions and peppers and just the right amount of cheese, every bite was delightful. It was a fairly large omelet (3 larges eggs) and cooked perfectly, so light and fluffy. Trust me, we've eaten A LOT of omelets and paid 3 times more them and they did not even come close Archer's omelets. In addition, the french toast was fabulous. Six good size triangles of sweet, tender deliciousness.
