What an absolute gem in Carrollton of all places. This charming and cozy tea room is what you'd expect to find somewhere in the UK but it's right in Carroll county! I had the tea service for one, excellent sandwiches, the quiche was delicious, and the scone as well. Home cooking, hand crafted, and the tea was delicious. We were here for our 43rd wedding anniversary. It was so perfect. We were greeted promptly and seated. We had made reservations. Our server told us the specials of the day and told us about the tea. The restaurant is decorated so cute. Old fashioned and fun. We ordered the afternoon tea for 2. We had 3 half croissants each half a large scone each and a small piece of quiche. There were a few cookies and fruit on the tier also. We ordered the Chinese Keemun tea. It was delicious....read full review

I took my grandchildren to the attached Reminisce ice cream shop. It was like going back to the 50's! It was decorated with lots of memorabilia and pictures from the 50's. The ice cream was delicous with large servings served in classic ice cream dishes. The staff was friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this place for all ages!
