Bread was a little stale. Emerald made are subs and were tasty. However when leaving a tip it went to the employee Lillie that didn't really care if she waited on people or not. I'm no longer tipping so someone can punch a few buttons on the cash register. I will hand my tip directly to the one making my sub!

I eat here when stop to visit a friend. The Sub is always great but this store started making your Sub with the metal prep table lid up, as so you can't see the prepared Sub, like their hiding something? Granted, I don't speak their language and the employees seem to understand somewhat. What's going on behind the curtain?
