I work in customer service and I would never sit and chat with the a customer while in drive thru and giggle and laugh while you have cars waiting . It doesn’t matter what time I go thru Bigby anymore I have to wait twice as long because the girls are all chatting with their friends in the drive thru. It’s ridiculous!

Half the time we get coffee ☕️ from there it tastes like chemicals, it's like they wash or sanitize but they do not rinse. There has been times taking first drink I almost vomited its not safe to buy from them others I work with have noticed it to . So if you want to drink a cup of sanitizer and chemicals and get sick this is the place for it. Friendly staff but they need trained better. This town needs the coffee pot like Greenville has best coffee ever !

Went for the first time this morning. This is now where I go to get coffee. Quit going to your competitor around the corner because they serve lukewarm coffee. Not only was my coffee hot, but it was good. Its also $1 cheaper than your competitor, and is a better product

Went for coffee and breakfast for the first time! The bagel 🥯 was delicious the egg in it was still frozen in the middle which caused the sausage to be cold as well. They were busy at the time but still serving a frozen egg on a sandwich seems to be a huge miscalculation. The bagel like I mentioned was great as it was soft and not hard like the majority of bagels I have had in the past.

The drinks are good, and the donut holes are not a bad place, but the service and atmosphere aren't my cup of tea, but the product is good. So we usually get takeout.
Always a favorite stop while going through town. Lots of options.

the baristas at Celina biggby are the nicest people i’ve ever met. me and my best friend got an iced scuba and kickin raspberry mocktail. they were the BEST drinks we’ve gotten from there so far. they filled up the drinks to the top too :))
