Honestly, I can't review the food because I was seated and then....nothing....no server, waitress, anybody. I waited 10 minutes. This is at 10am on a Monday morning so it's not rush hour. I don't blame the servers - this is totally a management issue because this is the 2nd time this has happened. The first time I chalked up as an honest mistake, maybe server didn't know I was in her section - not this time. Server walked by when I sat down and said she'd be with me in a minute. Oh, well, guess I'll go to Dunkin

We came on a Sunday morning and the pancakes were hard as a rock, the country fried steak and home fried tasted freezer burnt. My ham was way over cooked.

The sandwhich was so greesy I couldnt eat it. It was cold also.The "loaded" hashbrowns had a few pieces of bacon bits and a couple pieces of shredded cheese. I had 90% of my food left the server gave us our bill, we didnt ask for it, and walked away no chance to ask for a box. Not one stop for refills or to see if things were ok just took the order delivered the food. This used to be pur go to spot, as in we ate there weekly and ordered Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas dinner for our family get togethers. Very sad that it has went downhill so bad in the last year.

Host came yawning at us with such energy and enthusiams that it was overload…… not really felt from the get go like i was being a burden more than a customer. Host was good. Food was cold except the country fried steak which you really cant mess up besides frying it. Bacon had a funny taste. Gravy was cold. And their new loaded hashbrown were on the flat top for about a minute and a half and where soft and uncooked properly. Toppings looked like a 2 year old plated it. Multitasking on the cook is def needing training for it all to come at onve looking nice and to temp. Everyone eats with their eyes first and presentation needs to be improved. Ive been in the food service for 25 years and a Chef for 20. I seriously would consider going in and showing them and helping the cooks improve their skills if needed for free. I usually dont complain but that host def killed the vibe and the cook plained sucked. I did enjoy the few swear words I heard from the dining area from the slender guy. I totally understand but others around made a comment on it along with their yelling across the dining area about who took toast. Def going under if thats how it will continue. Decorated the food I couldnt eat.
I love Bob Evans but I will not be back. The restaurant was not at all crowded but waited for quite a long time for our food. When the food finally came, my eggs and gravy were both cold. My husband was nearly done with his breakfast when they finally came back to check on us. The quality of the food and service has sadly declined here. I do not recommend eating here.

I had the steak tips and eggs with hashbrowns. I asked for American cheese on the eggs. Wait staff brought me cold eggs with 2 slices of cheese on top with cold almost burnt home fries. No steak tips. Wait staff said they had them redo the steak tips because they looked horrible. When they brought out the steak tips they also had the hashbrowns on the same plate. The hashbrowns were mush. The steak was ok. Boyfriend ordered an omelette with biscuits and gravy but never got the biscuits and gravy though they were on the bill. They took it off. The toast seemed like stale bread was toasted. I left hungry. We waited over half an hour for food after we ordered. We won’t be back. Do not recommend. However, they had an apple juice with pomegranate that was pretty good.

I love Bob Evans but I will not be back. The restaurant was not at all crowded but waited for quite a long time for our food. When the food finally came, my eggs and gravy were both cold.
