Me and me family ate there tonight and waited for much longer than we should have to have our order taken. It took me leaning over the counter to get someone to finally respond to us. The food was not very good either.

Used to never have a problem there! Went tonight and was told by an employee that the manager said they were not allowed to take my order anymore. I asked why and he told me something about me or my kids threw a cup across the kitchen. That never happened! The manager never talked to me about it! Just kicked us out of the restaurant!
Had to grab a late dinner due to sports. Got back into town wondering where to grab a sandwich from being this late. We decided Burger King in Celina. We place an order, pull to the window, get told to pull around the front, and they will bring food out. We are all thinking, great we are getting fresh food. Well, definitely not the case. Fries were not fresh. They were rock-hard. The only thing fresh in the order was the chicken sandwich. Hell, my pop was all over the outside of my cup. Hamburger was gross. The man said sorry for the wait. Had an employee fall down while trying to make your food, but everything is fresh. Fresh my ass. My sandwich looked like it fell with her. Won't be going back.
App allowed me to make an order. The app and Google both stated the store was open.
I went thru the drive thru and they said they were closed; burger king refused to refund me.

The worst food we have ever got from Burger King. The onion rings had sat to long just piles of grease and the chicken nuggets were also terrible from sitting too long. They should of been thrower away instead of giving them to a customer.
I will no long be visiting your Celina, Ohio 45822 due to the female what was running the front of the house. She was very hateful and rude. She forgot to give our kids their cheese burgers my man drove five minutes back into town to get them upon arrival another couple we know that were in there waiting said they had been sitting there for 10 minutes waiting for their food. The female who I am going to assume is a manager or head manager because when I called she refused to give me the managers name or head manager. She said and I quote “ I don’t know the managers name.” As a manager myself this is absolutely ridiculous way to treat your customers and there was no need for her to yell at my boyfriend screaming saying she put those cheeseburgers in the bag and she knows she did when in fact they were still sitting under the heat lamps! One why would we drive five minutes back to town just for fun!? I do not appreciate her attitude towards customers and her customer service was beyond a disgrace to your establishment and I will be making a public review of this all on google and sharing with everyone in this town. I highly recommend this store to have a corporate team of trained professionals come in and handle the way these employees are treating there customers. I don’t ever complain and I of most people have the most patience and understanding but when you are going to accuse your customers of lying about getting two cheese burgers and then tell us we have to wait to receive them when they were sitting under the heating lamp is unacceptable behavior. Customer service is number one and you should always treat customers with dignity and respect. Being a manager she should know better if she is a manager like I would assume she is she should know better. I appreciate your time. Please address this issue in your establishment before it causes many more problems.
After fishing went to Burger King, service was also good. Food was great, they have a good team working for them me and my daughter liked the food. What can I say they were just very good.

We ordered bacon double cheeseburger and a bacon double King. The hamburger was very good not the bacon was barely there. If your sandwich is 6.99 I think you should get more bacon.

Their food was good.So apparently their ice cream machine has been broken for 3 years. ? I think it's more like McDonald's where they don't want to clean the machine.The tables could definitely have been cleaner because they had a couple of employees sitting at them.+ I had a problem getting ice out of the pop machine, and I was told that happens. ??♀️ ?
