I’ve eaten at CJ Highmarks a handful of times over the past few years. The food has always tasted good, but a member of my family has Celiac’s disease and gets very sick at the presence of gluten in any food. We read online that the restaurant was very accommodating and found that our waitress was so, however the menu is very misleading. Many items are listed as Certified Gluten Free, however after asking, they really are not. The GF items are fried in the same oil as non-gf...
We were there for a friend's birthday and had a lovely time. Our waitress was excellent. She was attentive and didn't rush us. We had a view of the golf course, which was great.
The first impression of this place is that the employees could care less about being there. The atmosphere is rather bland and cheap looking. The menu is mostly fried foods and offers little if you are vegetarian. Our server was extremely slow and seemed to be annoyed that she had to wait on us.
