I usually only stop here for a bag of their ice. I'm addicted!! But last time, they handed my bag of ice to me, not full and not tied very well at all, I grabbed it and half of my ice came out of the top of the bag and went all in my lap and all over my floor boards and all the employee could say was, "oh". No apology, and no offer to replace the ice that I had paid $3 for.

Do not recommend! Went through the drive through ordered our food was pulled forward. Waited for 20 mins before my husband finally went inside to see what was going on. They said they “forgot” and they were sorry and would get us “fresh food” an employee started walking towards the door with a bag of food as my husband was talking to the “manager” the employee which said she was the manager asked the employee with the bag of food if that was for the pulled car and she said yes. She resumed to hand my husband the bag of food. He came back to the car and we opened our food. It was cold from sitting there. My kids burgers were not only ketchup like we requested. We had no sauce, no forks, no spoons and no napkins. I went back in to ask for my burgers to be fixed and the actual manager was there and had an attitude. I also overheard her talking with the employee that said she was the manager about how rediculous and picky we are!
