Went thru drive thru got a lg frozen caramel coffee got just regular asked for it to be fixed workers were extremely rude and it still wasn’t made correctly will not be returning to this one.

I just went through there, ordered two bacon sandwiches and paid for extra bacon. No extra bacon, I posted a picture. Those ladies obviously can't read and would rather leave the one girl who was actually working to talk outside to someone they knew. Her name is Alyssa. This is the third time it's been wrong, I thought I'd give it a final chance cause I like the food. Not worth it here.

Edit it's been about an hour after I just ate it and I'm sick. I just threw it up, feel like garbage. Fix your store, or close down like Wendy's did.

S happen. Both times the had Noone in the drive thru. Not busy. So why the mess-up.

We asked about our large no ice cappuccino being in a normal sized hot coffee cup and all they said was I don’t know and then proceeded to dump it into a large cup like we asked and then we got it and they just frothed the heck out of it so it looked full and then when we got home it looked like this

I used to love this location. Yesterday was the 3rd visit in a row I got lukewarm coffee. I went in to just get my money back, I had to wait 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was even there. Sure, one kept looking my way, but pretended I wasn't there. When I asked for my money back, there was no apology, no concern that a crappy product was handed out, nothing. In fact, it seemed she was annoyed of taking care of it in the first place. Was trying to read her name on her name tag, I believe it said Alyssa, but it was faded. I will not be back

First of all I got a matcha asked for extra matcha AT THE SPEAKER and blueberry and it was milky definitely didn’t have extra or blueberry shots. I work at a dunkin an hour away yet they couldn’t give me a discount when we work under the same company. I’ve came through SEVERAL of times trying to get snackin bacon which apparently they don’t know snackin bacon in SEASONED not regular bacon. So do they not have the seasoning? I don’t get it I’ve went back through and they look at me stupid when they’re the ones that clearly don’t have training or watched their videos. This store needs help DEEPLY where is corporate?? Managers??
