I’ve been a customer here since you guys opened. you guys have too many young kids unexperienced, do not know how to make a burrito. You need to bring back your old manager that used to run the place she was great!! or whatever her position was.

If you're going to have a business operating, maybe don't allow a bunch of teenagers to "run" it and have one answering the phone claiming to be a general manager. I get the same burrito everytime, only thing I substitute is the meat. Each time previously it's like they don't want to follow a mobile order instruction. This time I get my burrito, I guess since I put in the instructions this time to please not mess my burrito up again they just took it as a vendetta to give me a burrito that was more shell then "portions". My husband's burrito the southwest ranch made to description was huge and had plenty of filings in it. When called the kid wants to say it must of been custom and there's nothing he could do about it. I'm a smaller woman, it had nothing to do with the portion. It was the fact that this burrito was a regular burrito but folded to a little burrito with nothing but tortilla. When asked if he wanted me to bring it back up he just stated there was nothing he could do and he didnt know why i was arguing over portions. Ridiculous I pay 21$ for a meal and you guys want a pay raise and can't even do your job or show decent customer service. Oh and for the 3rd time, it wasn't a charm leaving the sour cream I asked for off, would have helped with the dry shell.

Can’t read simple instructions on the mobile ordering. My burrito is always simple and small with 3 ingredients but when the steak was missed and nobody says anything it’s upsetting. I wouldn’t have been upset if someone said something but customer service tonight around 5:30 was miserable!

Music was so loud, servers cant hear what u order. The food wasnt very hot. The sauted veggies were not fully cooked and the dish was mostly rice. They charge u extra, for cheese sauce, quacamole, which is told to u up front at least,

Hot Heads Celina is supreme example of bad management and worse costumer services. Messy customers line and very very unwelcoming staff, all teenagers who really don't wanna work, just want to end up their shift and go home. Staff rush on you and keep asking u what u want, what u want. They don't give u time to look at menu. Tonight, i end up saying "NOTHING" bcz she kept asking me again and again "what u want" even she was looking at me that i am still reading menu. I asked her help in menu but she was standing numb, staring at me and asking me same thing " What u want"? Management should provide some professional training to staff. Mr. Owner of Hot Head Celina if u r reading this comment believe me i was feeling so bad for u when i was coming out of your franchise in Celina u have no idea how much business u r loosing just due to your untrained and unprofessional staff.

Absolutely fantastic food. Kind of like the Chipotle style, but with actually good food and really nice kids behind the counter instead of the Chipotle snobs. Will definitely be returning.
I walked in and a group of teenagers were working. I waited at the beginning of the food line. All the employees walked to the back and forced one of the boys from the back to come up front and helped me while they stood there ignoring me talking amongst themselves. Since I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time it highly annoyed me. The food line was very messy. The food tasted like hot heads which is always good. Absolutely no complaints about the food. But lack of customer service was upsetting. almost need a manager to babysit these kids working. I come from a family restaurant and don’t normally leave reviews but I’m leaving this so hopefully the owner see’s this.

Good stuff. Even when busy it's in and out. We usually get it to go and it's still hot.Vegetarian options: When you build your own burrito or bowl, you can add what you want. They have a lot of options. Rice, beans, corn salsa, Pico, guacamole, ect. And I think the meat is cooked in separate pans.Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible.

My boyfriend and I LOVE Hot Head burritos! Everything is so good! We go here anytime we're in Celina and want some good food. Portions are great! Everything tastes amazing and we always leave there happy!
